【摘要】：營銷領(lǐng)域大量的研究關(guān)注了企業(yè)間信任對企業(yè)績效的積極作用。然而,以往的研究忽略了非最優(yōu)信任對于渠道關(guān)系和企業(yè)績效可能產(chǎn)生的負面影響�；诮灰壮杀纠碚摵完P(guān)系交換理論,提出了供應(yīng)商非最優(yōu)信任水平——信任不足和信任過度——對渠道成員的信息交換和供應(yīng)商經(jīng)濟滿意的理論框架。利用中國家電市場的238份供應(yīng)商調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),通過回歸分析的方法對理論假設(shè)進行了實證檢驗。研究結(jié)果表明,供應(yīng)商信任不足和信任過度對渠道成員間的信息交換和供應(yīng)商的經(jīng)濟滿意具有負向影響;同時渠道成員間信息交換對供應(yīng)商信任不足和信任過度與其經(jīng)濟滿意之間的關(guān)系具有中介作用。研究證明了企業(yè)間最優(yōu)信任水平的重要性,揭示了非最優(yōu)信任對于企業(yè)績效的影響機理和影響路徑,為企業(yè)決策和管理企業(yè)間信任提供了理論指導和管理啟示。
[Abstract]:A great deal of research in the field of marketing has focused on the positive effect of inter-firm trust on firm performance. However, Previous studies have ignored the possible negative effects of non-optimal trust on channel relationships and firm performance. Based on transaction cost theory and relationship exchange theory, In this paper, a theoretical framework of supplier non-optimal trust level-lack of trust and excessive trust-is put forward for information exchange among channel members and supplier economic satisfaction. The data of 238 supplier surveys in China's home appliance market are used. The empirical results show that the lack of supplier trust and excessive trust have a negative impact on the information exchange among channel members and the economic satisfaction of suppliers. At the same time, the information exchange among channel members plays an intermediary role in the relationship between suppliers' lack of trust and over-trust and their economic satisfaction. The research proves the importance of the optimal level of trust among enterprises. This paper reveals the influence mechanism and path of non-optimal trust on enterprise performance, and provides theoretical guidance and management inspiration for enterprise decision-making and management trust.
