【摘要】：企業(yè)所處的制度環(huán)境對(duì)企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新行為有著二元性,即可以同時(shí)促進(jìn)和抑制技術(shù)創(chuàng)新行為的產(chǎn)生,因此合理的制度安排對(duì)于企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是非常重要的。嵌入式代理理論認(rèn)為行為者能夠?qū)ι鐣?huì)產(chǎn)生能動(dòng)的反作用,從而改變其所處制度環(huán)境中的制度安排。為解決在多重制度影響下企業(yè)如何通過制度來解決技術(shù)創(chuàng)新合法性的困境,從微觀制度視角出發(fā),采用文獻(xiàn)分析法,通過分析組織所處制度環(huán)境中的市場(chǎng)邏輯、專業(yè)邏輯、合作邏輯、社區(qū)邏輯、管制機(jī)構(gòu)邏輯和家族邏輯,發(fā)現(xiàn)其分別對(duì)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新合法性有著不同的影響和重要的促進(jìn)作用,并在此基礎(chǔ)上建構(gòu)多重制度邏輯下企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新合法性的機(jī)制模型。
[Abstract]:The institutional environment of the enterprise has duality to the technological innovation behavior of the enterprise, that is, it can promote and restrain the production of the technological innovation behavior at the same time. Therefore, reasonable institutional arrangements are very important to the technological innovation of enterprises. In order to solve the problem of how to solve the legitimacy of technological innovation through institution under the influence of multiple systems, this paper, from the perspective of micro system, adopts the literature analysis method to solve the problem of how to solve the problem of the legitimacy of technological innovation in the institutional environment in which the enterprise is under the influence of multiple systems. By analyzing the market logic, professional logic, cooperation logic, community logic, regulatory agency logic and family logic in the institutional environment of the organization, it is found that they have different influences and important promotive roles on the legitimacy of enterprise technological innovation. On this basis, the mechanism model of the legitimacy of enterprise technological innovation under the logic of multiple systems is constructed.
