【摘要】：現代項目管理學自二十世紀90年代以來取得了快速的發(fā)展和顯著的成績,幾乎遍布于國際上所有的行業(yè)和部門。項目風險管理是項目管理中最重要的領域之一,對整個項目的成敗起著決定性的作用。新產品試生產階段存在著高度不確定性,迫切需求一整套切實可行的風險管理方案。本論文應用現代項目風險管理理論,以E公司為對象,從風險識別、風險度量、風險應對、風險監(jiān)測與控制等方面分析新產品試生產風險管理的現狀,并從風險管理過程、風險管理系統(tǒng)、風險管理信息系統(tǒng)、團隊溝通與配合等方面提出新產品試生產風險管理優(yōu)化措施。本論文取得如下一些主要研究成果：(1)分析E公司新產品試生產風險管理現狀問題。描述新產品試生產項目的組織機構和工作流程,刻畫新產品試生產工作的獨特性和不確定性；從風險識別、風險度量、風險應對、風險監(jiān)測與控制等方面分析新產品試生產風險管理的現狀；發(fā)現新產品試生產階段尚未實現風險管理系統(tǒng)化,跨部門團隊間的信息傳遞與交流溝通不及時順暢。(2)提出E公司新產品試生產風險管理的優(yōu)化措施。設計風險檢查清單和風險識別檢查表,優(yōu)化風險識別過程；改進潛在失效模式及后果分析(FMEA),優(yōu)化風險度量；切實應用因果圖法和6sigma分析風險的根本原因,增加偶發(fā)性事件計劃,優(yōu)化風險應對；應用實時統(tǒng)計過程控制系統(tǒng)與風險觸發(fā)器,優(yōu)化風險監(jiān)測與控制；將風險管理系統(tǒng)化,引入風險管理信息系統(tǒng),加強團隊溝通與配合。本論文的成果對新產品試生產階段的風險管理工作提供了理論和應用保證,具有重要的實用價值和實踐指導意義。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, modern project management has made rapid development and remarkable achievements, almost all the industries and departments in the world. Project risk management is one of the most important fields in project management. It plays a decisive role in the success or failure of the whole project. There is a high degree of uncertainty in the trial production stage of the new product, and a set of feasible risk management schemes are urgently needed. In this paper, the modern project risk management theory is applied. Taking E Company as the object, this paper analyzes the present situation of the risk management of the new product trial production from the aspects of risk identification, risk measurement, risk response, risk monitoring and control, and analyzes the risk management process, risk management system, risk management information system, etc. The optimization measures of risk management of new product trial production are put forward in the aspects of team communication and cooperation. This paper has obtained some main research results as follows: 1) analyzing the present situation of risk management of new product trial production in E Company, and describing the new product test generation. The organization and work flow of the production project, This paper describes the uniqueness and uncertainty of new product trial production, analyzes the present situation of risk management in new product trial production from the aspects of risk identification, risk measurement, risk response, risk monitoring and control, etc. It is found that the risk management systematization has not been realized in the trial production stage of the new product. The information transmission and communication between the interdepartmental teams is not smooth in time. (2) put forward the optimization measures of risk management of E company's new product trial production, design the risk check list and risk identification check list, optimize the risk identification process; Improve the analysis of potential failure modes and consequences, optimize risk measurement, apply causality diagram and 6sigma to analyze the root cause of risk, increase contingency event planning, optimize risk response, apply real-time statistical process control system and risk trigger, Optimizing risk monitoring and control, systematizing risk management, introducing risk management information system, strengthening team communication and cooperation. It has important practical value and practical guiding significance.
