【摘要】：基于生態(tài)位理論,將知識轉(zhuǎn)移細(xì)化為投入知識轉(zhuǎn)移和存量知識轉(zhuǎn)移,通過構(gòu)建基于AJ模型的知識投入利潤模型和基于Lotka-Volterra的知識轉(zhuǎn)移演化模型,結(jié)合定性分析和算例驗(yàn)證,揭示了知識轉(zhuǎn)移對知識投入及創(chuàng)新收益增量的影響機(jī)理。研究表明:知識轉(zhuǎn)移系數(shù)對成員收益增量及知識轉(zhuǎn)移演化均衡的影響較大,通過調(diào)整兩類知識的轉(zhuǎn)移系數(shù),構(gòu)建相互依存的共生關(guān)系,有望推動知識有效轉(zhuǎn)移,促進(jìn)成員知識存量增加,降低單個成員以及聯(lián)盟知識投入量,提高知識資源的配置效率,增加成員及聯(lián)盟的收益增量。
[Abstract]:Based on niche theory, knowledge transfer is divided into input knowledge transfer and stock knowledge transfer. By constructing knowledge input profit model based on AJ model and knowledge transfer evolution model based on Lotka-Volterra, qualitative analysis and example verification are combined. This paper reveals the influence mechanism of knowledge transfer on knowledge input and innovation income increment. The research shows that the knowledge transfer coefficient has a great influence on member income increment and knowledge transfer evolution equilibrium, and by adjusting the transfer coefficient of two kinds of knowledge, The construction of interdependent symbiotic relationship is expected to promote the effective transfer of knowledge, increase the amount of knowledge of members, reduce the amount of individual members and alliance knowledge input, improve the efficiency of knowledge resources allocation, and increase the income increment of members and alliances.
