【摘要】：本文利用中國30個省份2002、2007和2012年共計90張投入產(chǎn)出表測算了高技術(shù)行業(yè)使用的本地服務(wù)品含量,并在2000—2014年中國省級細分行業(yè)面板數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上分析了本地服務(wù)要素供給對下游高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)出口二元邊際的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:整體上,本地服務(wù)要素供給與中國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)出口呈現(xiàn)U型關(guān)系,即隨著本地服務(wù)要素投入的增加,高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)出口額呈現(xiàn)出先下降后上升的關(guān)系;并且該關(guān)系主要體現(xiàn)在對擴展邊際的提升上。在控制內(nèi)生性之后,這一結(jié)論仍然成立。細分行業(yè)上,生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)要素、消費性服務(wù)要素和公共服務(wù)要素都可以促進高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的出口;其中,生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)要素和消費性服務(wù)要素對高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)出口的促進作用主要體現(xiàn)在對擴展邊際的影響。本文的研究不僅較好地解釋了后金融危機時代中國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)出口快速增長的原因,更為產(chǎn)業(yè)升級提供了新的視角。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 90 input-output tables of 30 provinces in China in 20022007 and 2012 were used to measure the content of local services used in high-tech industries. Based on the panel data of provincial subdivision industries in China from 2000 to 2014, this paper analyzes the influence of local service factor supply on the dualistic marginal value of export of downstream high-tech industries. The relationship between the supply of local service elements and the export of China's high-tech industries is U-shaped, that is, with the increase of the input of local service elements, the export value of high-tech industries shows a relationship of first declining and then rising; And the relationship is mainly reflected in the promotion of the expansion margin. After controlling the endogeneity, this conclusion still holds. Both consumer service elements and public service elements can promote the export of high-tech industries; among them, The effect of productive service factors and consumptive service factors on the export of high-tech industries is mainly reflected in the influence on the margin of expansion. The research in this paper not only explains the export of high-tech industries in the post-financial crisis era in China. The reason for the rapid growth of the mouth, More industrial upgrading provides a new perspective.
