【摘要】：本文選擇互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)作為研究對象,在文獻(xiàn)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,提出商業(yè)模式構(gòu)成要素包括企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、顧客和市場、價值創(chuàng)造三大類,企業(yè)愿景、競爭戰(zhàn)略、核心資源、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、顧客對象、市場結(jié)構(gòu)、收入水平、研究開發(fā)、制造過程、銷售渠道、盈利模式、經(jīng)濟(jì)水平十二小類,通過層次分析法分析企業(yè)商業(yè)模式各構(gòu)成要素對商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的影響程度,剖析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)在進(jìn)行商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新過程中應(yīng)特別關(guān)注的影響因素,從而更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)商業(yè)模式的創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:This paper selects Internet enterprises as the research object, on the basis of literature review, puts forward the business model elements including corporate strategy, customer and market, value creation three categories, corporate vision, competitive strategy. Core resources, organizational structure, customer target, market structure, income level, R & D, manufacturing process, sales channel, profit model, economic level 12 subcategories. Through the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper analyzes the influence of business model elements on business model innovation, and analyzes the influence factors that Internet enterprises should pay special attention to in the process of business model innovation. In order to achieve better business model innovation.
