多引力中心型知識網絡的決策信息交互融合方法

【摘要】:知識網絡是研究知識關聯關系、探索知識發(fā)展脈絡、追蹤知識創(chuàng)新趨勢的有效途徑,因此掌握知識發(fā)展脈絡發(fā)展方向,提取并融合知識主體的完備信息對企業(yè)發(fā)展和決策至關重要。隨著全球市場競爭的日益激烈,企業(yè)僅僅依靠自身很難在國際市場中占有立足之地,往往選擇和有相同策略目標的其他企業(yè)結成聯盟,通過自主性地互補性資源交換,獲得長期的市場競爭優(yōu)勢。對于聯盟企業(yè)而言,提升企業(yè)知識(信息)整合能力,優(yōu)化企業(yè)之間資源配置,得到使整體最優(yōu)的決策至關重要,但難度也可想而知。在眾多企業(yè)組成的聯盟中,企業(yè)往往依靠企業(yè)內優(yōu)秀人才(決策專家)根據企業(yè)內部和外部的資源現狀,專家憑借自己的淵博的知識、豐富的經驗和敏銳的直覺給出自己的主觀判斷和決策建議,即主觀決策信息。但由于主觀決策信息的局限性,聯盟企業(yè)想要獲得高效能的決策十分困難。有鑒于此,為適應現代社會經濟發(fā)展需要,提高不同性質、結構的企業(yè)之間的知識的融合效果,為企業(yè)目標的決策提供科學有效的參考,本文構建了符合企業(yè)聯盟特征的多引力中心型知識網絡的結構模型。多引力中心型知識網絡是知識網絡的一種組織結構,能夠很好地描述聯盟企業(yè)的性質特征,并能為主觀決策信息的提取提供平臺和渠道。在此基礎上,從物理實現層、知識運作層、環(huán)境條件層給出了多引力中心型知識網絡在引力機制作用下的平臺信息提取模型,有效地將系統(tǒng)內主觀決策信息根據決策步驟有效地提取出來,盡最大可能地保障主觀決策信息的完備性。最后,通過證據理論相關概念,將主觀決策信息轉換為動態(tài)知識矩陣,并通過BPA函數實現主觀決策信息到客觀信息的轉換過程。在進行信息融合過程中,采用動態(tài)交互式決策方法,使決策結果和決策專家之間不斷地交互、反饋,通過不斷修正備選方案,最終得到符合閾值條件的主觀決策信息,為企業(yè)聯盟系統(tǒng)應對既定目標提供有效的、科學的決策依據。
[Abstract]:Knowledge network is an effective way to study the relationship between knowledge, explore the context of knowledge development and track the trend of knowledge innovation. Extracting and integrating the complete information of knowledge subject is very important for the development and decision-making of enterprises. With the increasingly fierce competition in the global market, it is very difficult for enterprises to take a foothold in the international market only on their own. They often choose to form alliances with other enterprises with the same strategic objectives and gain long-term market competitive advantages through autonomous complementary exchange of resources. It is very important to improve the ability of enterprise knowledge (information) integration, optimize the allocation of resources among enterprises, and get the overall optimal decision, but the difficulty can also be imagined. In the alliance of many enterprises. Enterprises often rely on outstanding talents (decision experts) according to the status of internal and external resources, experts rely on their own profound knowledge. Rich experience and keen intuition give their own subjective judgment and decision-making advice, that is, subjective decision-making information, but due to the limitations of subjective decision-making information. The alliance enterprise wants to obtain the high efficiency decision-making very difficult, therefore, in order to adapt to the modern society economic development need, enhances the different nature, the structure enterprise knowledge fusion effect. It provides a scientific and effective reference for the decision-making of enterprise objectives. In this paper, we construct a structural model of multi-gravity center knowledge network, which is a kind of organization structure of knowledge network, which can describe the nature of alliance enterprise well. And can provide a platform and channel for the extraction of subjective decision-making information. On this basis, from the physical realization layer, knowledge operation layer. In the environmental condition layer, the platform information extraction model of multi-gravity center knowledge network under the action of gravity mechanism is given, and the subjective decision information in the system is effectively extracted according to the decision steps. As far as possible to ensure the completeness of subjective decision-making information. Finally, through the relevant concepts of evidence theory, the subjective decision information is transformed into dynamic knowledge matrix. In the process of information fusion, dynamic interactive decision-making method is used to make the decision result and decision expert interact continuously. Feedback, by constantly revising the alternatives, finally obtains the subjective decision information that meets the threshold condition, which provides an effective and scientific basis for the enterprise alliance system to deal with the established goals.
