【摘要】：引入人力資本因素、分析產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)耦合機(jī)制,剖析協(xié)同創(chuàng)新、知識外溢和專業(yè)化分工推動區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力提升的作用機(jī)理,探討創(chuàng)新壁壘、創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險和創(chuàng)新鎖定效應(yīng)對區(qū)域創(chuàng)新的束縛作用,剖析產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新能力不同企業(yè)與區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)耦合的決策過程,提出優(yōu)化人力資本投資結(jié)構(gòu)、合理規(guī)劃區(qū)域創(chuàng)新活動和培育區(qū)域創(chuàng)新文化政策建議。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces human capital factor, analyzes the coupling mechanism between industrial cluster and regional innovation system, analyzes the mechanism of collaborative innovation, knowledge spillover and specialization to promote the promotion of regional innovation ability, and probes into innovation barriers. Innovation risk and innovation lock-in effect on regional innovation constraints, analysis of the industrial cluster innovation ability of different enterprises and regional innovation system coupling decision-making process, put forward to optimize the structure of human capital investment. Rational planning of regional innovation activities and cultivation of regional innovation culture policy recommendations.
