【摘要】：21世紀(jì)以來，文化產(chǎn)業(yè)得到了快速發(fā)展，作為朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)、綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)、黃金產(chǎn)業(yè)的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)，已成為拉動經(jīng)濟增長的重要引擎。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，不僅會提升城市發(fā)展水平，還有助于優(yōu)化區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，縮小地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差距，促進(jìn)地區(qū)和諧發(fā)展。因此，研究山西省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，對于促進(jìn)山西省產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級，加快山西經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，具有重大的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文的研究方法以實證分析和比較分析為主。首先，查閱了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于研究文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方面的大量文獻(xiàn)；其次，結(jié)合對各省市先進(jìn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行定性分析，構(gòu)建了影響山西省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的理論分析框架，并在此基礎(chǔ)上，構(gòu)建了山西省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)模型，對山西省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了實證研究。此外，為了確保對策的科學(xué)性和可操作性，，本文對比國內(nèi)外文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展較好的國家和地區(qū)，汲取其成功經(jīng)驗后，提出山西省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策，使其更具有可行性。 本文的主要研究內(nèi)容包括以下兩方面：一是對影響文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的各因素進(jìn)行研究，通過從各文獻(xiàn)對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力評價指標(biāo)中進(jìn)行考察，結(jié)合山西省實際情況，建立了山西省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)模型；二是以山西省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對象，運用系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)的系統(tǒng)政策仿真的實證研究方法展開分析，并在此基礎(chǔ)上針對山西省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提出合理的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the cultural industry has developed rapidly. As the sunrise industry, the green industry and the gold industry, the cultural industry has become an important engine of economic growth. The development of cultural industry will not only improve the level of urban development, but also help to optimize the regional industrial structure, narrow the gap of regional economic development, and promote the harmonious development of the region. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the development of cultural industry in Shanxi Province for promoting the industrial transformation and upgrading of Shanxi Province and speeding up the economic development of Shanxi Province. The main research methods of this paper are empirical analysis and comparative analysis. First of all, a large number of literatures about the development of cultural industry at home and abroad are reviewed. Secondly, based on the qualitative analysis of the experience of the development of advanced cultural industries in various provinces and cities, the framework of theoretical analysis affecting the development of cultural industries in Shanxi Province is constructed, and on this basis, the system dynamics model of the development of cultural industries in Shanxi Province is constructed. This paper makes an empirical study on the development of cultural industry in Shanxi Province. In addition, in order to ensure the scientificity and maneuverability of the countermeasures, this paper compares the countries and regions with better development of cultural industry at home and abroad, draws on their successful experiences, and puts forward the countermeasures for the development of cultural industries in Shanxi Province, which makes it more feasible. The main contents of this paper include the following two aspects: one is to study the factors that affect the development of cultural industry, through investigating the evaluation index of the competitiveness of cultural industry from each literature, combining with the actual situation of Shanxi Province, The system dynamics model of cultural industry development in Shanxi Province is established. Secondly, taking the cultural industry of Shanxi Province as the research object, this paper analyzes the system policy simulation method of system dynamics, and puts forward some reasonable policy suggestions for the development of Shanxi cultural industry on the basis of this.
