【摘要】：文化產(chǎn)業(yè)被譽為21世紀(jì)的朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)，資本是文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要血液，而融資則是推動文化產(chǎn)業(yè)進一步發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié)。由于文化產(chǎn)業(yè)有其自身的特點，致使其對資金的需求也具有特殊性，而我國目前的融資現(xiàn)狀顯然無法滿足文化產(chǎn)業(yè)對資金的需求。因此，選擇合適的融資模式就成為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究的重要課題。株洲文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展尚處于起步階段，產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)大多是中小型文化企業(yè)，同樣面臨著嚴(yán)峻的融資問題，，如何找到一條合適的融資道路直接關(guān)系到株洲市文化企業(yè)的健康快速發(fā)展。本文結(jié)合株洲市的實際情況，從公共物品這一概念出發(fā)界定了株洲市文化企業(yè)的構(gòu)成和分類，并從財政和金融兩個方面分析了株洲市文化企業(yè)的融資現(xiàn)狀；然后利用歷史研究法和文獻(xiàn)歸納法，對美國及韓國財政和金融對文化企業(yè)的扶持模式進行了系統(tǒng)的梳理和總結(jié)，為株洲市文化企業(yè)的融資模式提供了借鑒；最后還就株洲市文化企業(yè)融資的財政扶持模式和金融扶持模式進行了研究，明確了財政投資支持公益性文化企業(yè)發(fā)展和稅收優(yōu)惠支持經(jīng)營性文化企業(yè)發(fā)展應(yīng)該努力的方向，并提出了直接金融支持文化企業(yè)發(fā)展的場外證券交易市場融資模式及間接金融支持文化企業(yè)發(fā)展的委托貸款融資模式、“三臺一會”模式和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈模式，以期為緩解株洲市文化企業(yè)融資困境提供思路。
[Abstract]:Cultural industry is regarded as the sunrise industry in the 21st century. Capital is the important blood of the development of cultural industry, and financing is the important link to promote the further development of cultural industry. Because the cultural industry has its own characteristics, its demand for funds is also special, but the current financing situation of our country obviously can not meet the cultural industry's demand for funds. Therefore, the choice of appropriate financing model has become an important topic in the development of cultural industry. The development of Zhuzhou cultural industry is still in its infancy. Most of the enterprises in the industry are small and medium-sized cultural enterprises, so they are also faced with severe financing problems. How to find a suitable financing path is directly related to the rapid and healthy development of Zhuzhou cultural enterprises. Based on the actual situation of Zhuzhou city, this paper defines the constitution and classification of Zhuzhou cultural enterprises from the concept of public goods, and analyzes the financing status of Zhuzhou cultural enterprises from the two aspects of finance and finance. Then, by using the method of historical research and literature induction, the paper systematically combs and summarizes the supporting mode of finance and finance to cultural enterprises in the United States and South Korea, which provides a reference for the financing mode of Zhuzhou cultural enterprises. Finally, the financial support model and financial support mode of Zhuzhou cultural enterprise financing are studied, and the direction of financial investment to support the development of public welfare cultural enterprise and the tax preference to support the development of operating cultural enterprise are defined. The paper also puts forward the financing mode of over-the-counter securities exchange market which directly supports the development of cultural enterprises, the entrustment loan financing mode of indirect finance supporting the development of cultural enterprises, the model of "three Taiwan one session" and the mode of cultural industry chain. In order to alleviate Zhuzhou cultural enterprises financing dilemma to provide ideas.
