閑置空間再生中的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚研究

【摘要】:本文選題的立足點(diǎn)和研究對(duì)象是閑置空間再生中的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚,這不包括閑置空間中只有單一保存而沒(méi)有在保護(hù)中進(jìn)行合理有效經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的博物館、文物單位等,也不包括與閑置空間無(wú)關(guān)、開(kāi)辟新區(qū)專(zhuān)門(mén)建立的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)和集聚區(qū)。本文研究對(duì)象的集聚前提,是將我國(guó)各個(gè)地區(qū)的文化特質(zhì)與區(qū)域文化產(chǎn)品形象的象征意義交織在一起,形成一定規(guī)模的、具有地方資源特色的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚,尤其是具有特定時(shí)代特征或文化起源的集聚。 閑置空間再生中的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚研究,是要研究通過(guò)引入文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè),有望以新的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)提升閑置空間的建筑功能、區(qū)域形態(tài)和文脈價(jià)值,在發(fā)展文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的同時(shí),使已經(jīng)衰敗的閑置空間得以再生。在全國(guó)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)如火如荼的推進(jìn)進(jìn)程中,尋求閑置空間成功再生的規(guī)律性,探索其產(chǎn)業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),,是指導(dǎo)當(dāng)前的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)科學(xué)開(kāi)發(fā)、避免形成新的浪費(fèi)的現(xiàn)實(shí)性選題。 在精神經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代背景下,本文采用理論文獻(xiàn)分析和調(diào)研實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合、全國(guó)總體情況的宏觀分析與各區(qū)域具體個(gè)案的微觀分析相結(jié)合、以及多學(xué)科交叉研究等研究方法,對(duì)我國(guó)閑置空間再生中的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚進(jìn)行研究。全文第一章為緒論,介紹了前人的研究成果、本文的研究對(duì)象和研究范圍,以及論文的結(jié)構(gòu)和論文研究方法。在第二章中提出了閑置空間和文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的相關(guān)概念,以及它們的相互關(guān)系。第三章探討了閑置空間的資源特性,以閑置空間資源特性為導(dǎo)向的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)駐,和閑置空間對(duì)主導(dǎo)性文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇。第四章針對(duì)閑置空間再生的動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展過(guò)程,分析了空間形態(tài)的演變。第五章針對(duì)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程,分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化。第六章歸納總結(jié)了閑置空間再生中文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的最終形成,分析了閑置空間再生中文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,當(dāng)下的總體發(fā)展軌跡與區(qū)域發(fā)展走勢(shì),提出目前發(fā)展的一些總體問(wèn)題,和關(guān)于發(fā)展對(duì)策的思考。
[Abstract]:The foothold and research object of this paper is the cultural and creative industry agglomeration in the regeneration of idle space, which does not include museums, cultural relics units and so on, which have only a single preservation and no reasonable and effective economic development in the protection. It does not include creative industrial parks and agglomeration zones that are specially set up in new areas, which have nothing to do with idle space. The premise of the agglomeration of the research object in this paper is to interweave the cultural characteristics of each region of our country with the symbolic significance of the regional cultural product image, and form a certain scale of creative industry agglomeration with local resource characteristics. Especially the agglomeration with the characteristics of specific times or the origin of culture. The research of cultural and creative industry agglomeration in the regeneration of idle space is to study the new industrial structure to promote the building function, regional form and context value of idle space through the introduction of cultural and creative industries. In the development of cultural and creative industries at the same time, the already decaying idle space can be regenerated. In the process of promoting the national cultural and creative industries in full swing, to seek the regularity of the successful regeneration of idle space and to explore the growth point of its industrial development is to guide the current scientific development of the cultural and creative industries. Avoid forming new wasteful realistic topics. Under the background of spiritual economy, this paper combines the theoretical literature analysis with the investigation and empirical analysis, the macro analysis of the overall situation of the whole country and the micro analysis of the specific cases in various regions, as well as the research methods such as multi-disciplinary cross-research and so on. This paper studies the agglomeration of cultural and creative industries in the regeneration of idle space in China. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the previous research results, the research object and research scope, the structure of the thesis and the research methods. In the second chapter, the author puts forward the concepts of idle space and cultural and creative industry agglomeration, and their relationship. The third chapter discusses the resource characteristics of idle space, cultural and creative industries based on the characteristics of idle space resources, and the choice of idle space to dominant cultural and creative industries. The fourth chapter analyzes the evolution of spatial form in view of the dynamic development of idle space regeneration. Chapter five analyzes the optimization of industrial structure in view of the dynamic process of cultural and creative industry agglomeration. The sixth chapter summarizes the final formation of cultural and creative industry agglomeration in the regeneration of idle space, analyzes the economic benefits of cultural and creative industry agglomeration in idle space regeneration, the current overall development track and regional development trend. Put forward some general problems of current development, and thinking about the development countermeasure.
