【摘要】：文化不僅僅是一個國家和民族的精神財富，更是其靈魂之所在。在知識經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的過程中，文化及其相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展提供了巨大的動力。隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，文化與經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)融為了一體，文化對社會的發(fā)展起到了引導(dǎo)和規(guī)范的作用，文化產(chǎn)業(yè)更是逐漸成為支撐第三產(chǎn)業(yè)乃至國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。西藏獨(dú)具魅力的民族文化作為中華民族文化的重要組成部分，其文化及產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展不容忽視。西藏地處青藏高原，經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展相對滯后，但獨(dú)具特色的文化資源吸引著國內(nèi)外消費(fèi)者的文化需求，其發(fā)展前景十分廣闊。如何把西藏豐厚的文化資源有效利用起來，規(guī)�；l(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)；如何把西藏從文化大省變成文化強(qiáng)省，加強(qiáng)文化軟實(shí)力建設(shè)；如何推進(jìn)西藏經(jīng)濟(jì)文化體制的改革，促進(jìn)西藏經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會的穩(wěn)定和民族團(tuán)結(jié)，對這一系列與文化相關(guān)的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題的研究，其意義之大不言而喻。 本文通過大量的查閱文獻(xiàn)資料，介紹了西藏文化及其保護(hù)的發(fā)展歷程，并通過整理和分析西藏文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的一系列數(shù)據(jù)，運(yùn)用動態(tài)和靜態(tài)分析結(jié)合的方法對西藏某一時間段文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢做了評析，以說明西藏文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，同時運(yùn)用比較分析的方法對西藏不同階段文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的狀況做了比較，從而找出西藏文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題，最后通過比較分析的方法提出了解決西藏文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在問題的對策，從宏觀到微觀的角度來闡述政府、企業(yè)、公民等各主體所應(yīng)當(dāng)承擔(dān)的社會責(zé)任。 保護(hù)和發(fā)展西藏的民族傳統(tǒng)文化不僅可以為西藏的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供一種源源不斷地動力，有利于西藏經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會的繁榮和穩(wěn)定，還可以帶動其他相關(guān)行業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展，同時也弘揚(yáng)了民族的傳統(tǒng)文化，，更將為市場創(chuàng)造了具有生命力和競爭力的文化產(chǎn)品。
[Abstract]:Culture is not only the spiritual wealth of a country and a nation, but also the soul of it. In the process of the development of knowledge economy, culture and its related industries provide tremendous impetus for the development of the world economy. As an important part of Chinese culture, Tibet's charming national culture can not be ignored. Tibet is located on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and its economic and social development lags behind, but it is independent. Cultural resources with distinctive features attract the cultural needs of consumers at home and abroad, and have broad prospects for development. It is self-evident that the study of a series of practical problems related to culture is of great significance to the economic development, social stability and national unity of Tibet.
This paper introduces the development course of Tibetan culture and its protection by consulting a large number of documents and materials, and through sorting out and analyzing a series of data in the development of Tibetan cultural industry, evaluates the development trend of Tibetan cultural industry in a certain period of time by means of dynamic and static analysis, so as to explain the development of Tibetan cultural industry. At the same time, the paper compares the development of cultural industry in different stages of Tibet by means of comparative analysis, so as to find out the problems existing in the development of Tibet's cultural industry. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the development of Tibet's cultural industry by means of comparative analysis, and expounds the government from macro to micro perspectives. The social responsibilities of enterprises, citizens and other subjects should be undertaken.
Protecting and developing Tibet's traditional ethnic culture can not only provide a continuous impetus for Tibet's economic development, but also promote the prosperity and stability of Tibet's economy and society, as well as other related industries. At the same time, it also promotes the traditional ethnic culture and will create vitality and competition for the market. Cultural products of force.
