【摘要】：本文在總結(jié)完片擔(dān)保中國(guó)化的必要性的同時(shí),從融資環(huán)境、組織條件、金融條件和人才條件四個(gè)角度系統(tǒng)分析了當(dāng)前其面臨的障礙,在此基礎(chǔ)上,從可行性角度,提出完片協(xié)議、完片監(jiān)管和完片擔(dān)保模式是完片擔(dān)保中國(guó)化不同階段的三種模式選擇,應(yīng)依據(jù)電影市場(chǎng)環(huán)境的成熟情況逐級(jí)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:After summarizing the necessity of Chinese film guarantee, this paper systematically analyzes the obstacles it faces from four angles of financing environment, organization condition, financial condition and talent condition, on the basis of which, from the angle of feasibility, It is suggested that the three models of the different stages of the Chinese film guarantee should be developed according to the mature situation of the film market environment, which are the three modes of the agreement, the supervision and the mode of the guarantee.
