【摘要】：捐贈(zèng)藝術(shù)作品,是藝術(shù)品崇高的藝術(shù)價(jià)值與捐贈(zèng)者高尚的人格魅力的優(yōu)良體現(xiàn),是以為大眾提高藝術(shù)涵養(yǎng)為旨的一種公益性的社會(huì)行為。藝術(shù)品捐贈(zèng),是博物館、現(xiàn)代美術(shù)館等公共事業(yè)單位獲取藏品的主要渠道之一,也是社會(huì)公益與文化藝術(shù),二者繁榮的良好闡述。目前我國(guó)藝術(shù)作品捐贈(zèng)逐漸成為業(yè)界關(guān)心的熱門(mén)話題,但究其本身我國(guó)仍舊處于此方面的探索階段,觀念與意識(shí)仍尚未全面普及,在藝術(shù)作品捐贈(zèng)的法律、制度、社會(huì)普及率等諸多方面仍有很多不足,而且沒(méi)有健全的、系統(tǒng)的、科學(xué)的管理制度。本文旨在分析與研究藝術(shù)作品捐贈(zèng)在我國(guó)的發(fā)展、現(xiàn)狀、影響因素以及在此基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)現(xiàn)與解決我國(guó)在藝術(shù)作品捐贈(zèng)工作中存在的不足。
[Abstract]:Donating works of art is an excellent embodiment of the lofty artistic value of art and the noble personality charm of the donor. It is a kind of public welfare social behavior which aims to improve the artistic cultivation of the public. Art donation is one of the main channels for public institutions such as museums and modern galleries to obtain collections, and it is also a good illustration of the prosperity of social welfare and culture and art. At present, donation of works of art in our country has gradually become a hot topic of concern to the industry. However, our country itself is still in the stage of exploration in this respect, and the concept and consciousness have not yet been fully popularized. In the law and system of donation of works of art, There are still many deficiencies in social popularization rate, and there is no sound, systematic, scientific management system. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and study the development, the present situation, the influencing factors and the deficiency in the donation of works of art in China.
