【摘要】：文化產(chǎn)業(yè)作為第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分,越來越成為當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的中堅(jiān)力量。對(duì)于文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的研究已經(jīng)成為很多學(xué)科重要科研方向。國(guó)家也提出發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)政策,在十七屆六中全會(huì)上對(duì)于文化及文化產(chǎn)業(yè)做了重要論述,確立了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在全國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的地位。山西省也非常重視文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,2008年《山西省服務(wù)業(yè)“十一五”時(shí)期發(fā)展大綱》指明要將文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)作為我省兩大重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域之一,對(duì)于文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的意義重大。2010年12月,山西省被批準(zhǔn)成為經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型綜合配套改革試驗(yàn)區(qū)。2010年11月山西省委在十二五規(guī)劃建議中指出要深入實(shí)施文化強(qiáng)省的戰(zhàn)略,推動(dòng)文化大發(fā)展大繁榮,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在我省發(fā)展中的地位被進(jìn)一步提升,成為了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的核心地帶。但是山西省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)起步比較晚,發(fā)展水平也沒有一些先進(jìn)省市高。當(dāng)前這種各個(gè)省市都爭(zhēng)先發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的大局面,差異化發(fā)展就成為了一條必走之路。面對(duì)這樣的形勢(shì),本文研究山西文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的差異化生存具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文遵循了研究規(guī)律,引言從研究背景和選題的意義入手并且闡述了論文所采用的研究方法；第一章解釋了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、文化經(jīng)濟(jì)的相關(guān)概念和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)理論在西方相關(guān)研究的歷史和成果,為之后的分析打下理論根基；第二章,從成就和問題兩方面分析了山西文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以期在現(xiàn)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上謀求差異化發(fā)展路線；第三章,首先闡述了筆者提出的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的差異化道路即以歷史文化為主題,著重借力民營(yíng)資本的差異化發(fā)展,并從山西省的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)實(shí)出發(fā)分析了這種差異化發(fā)展可能性和必要性；第四章,從全國(guó)的視野分析了國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好的三種省域發(fā)展模式,同時(shí)證明了這三種模式并不適合山西省的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況,并從分行業(yè)的角度上給主要的行業(yè)分析了發(fā)展策略,最后提出了保障本省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的措施。 本文從現(xiàn)狀的分析可以看出山西省不具備目前文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)省市發(fā)展模式所需的資源和條件,與此同時(shí)又具有自己獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì),所以模仿是走不通的,需要探索差異化的發(fā)展路線。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the tertiary industry, cultural industry has become the backbone of the development of the world economy. Research on the development of cultural industry has become an important research direction of many disciplines. The state also put forward the policy of developing cultural industry, and made an important exposition on culture and cultural industry at the sixth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, and established the position of cultural industry in the national economic development. Shanxi Province also attaches great importance to the development of cultural industry. In 2008, the outline for the Development of Shanxi's Service Industry during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan indicated that the cultural tourism industry should be regarded as one of the two key areas of our province, which is of great significance to the development of cultural industry. Shanxi Province has been approved as a pilot area for comprehensive reform of economic transformation. In its 12th Five-Year Plan proposal in November 2010, the Shanxi Provincial Committee pointed out the need to implement the strategy of a strong cultural province in order to promote the great development and prosperity of culture. The status of cultural industry in the development of our province has been further promoted and become the core of industrial structure upgrading. But Shanxi cultural industry started relatively late, the level of development is not some advanced provinces and cities. At present, all provinces and cities are vying to develop cultural industry, differentiation development has become a necessary road. In the face of this situation, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the differentiation of Shanxi cultural industry. This article follows the research rule, the introduction starts with the research background and the significance of the topic, and expounds the research methods adopted in the paper; the first chapter explains the cultural industry, The related concepts of cultural economy and the history and achievements of cultural industry theory in the west lay a theoretical foundation for the later analysis. The second chapter analyzes the present situation of Shanxi's cultural industry development from two aspects: achievements and problems. In the third chapter, the author first expounds the development of cultural industry, that is, the historical culture as the theme, focusing on the development of private capital differentiation. And from the reality of the cultural industry in Shanxi Province, this paper analyzes the possibility and necessity of this kind of differentiated development. Chapter four, from the perspective of the whole country, analyzes three kinds of provincial development models with good development momentum in China. At the same time, it proves that these three models are not suitable for the actual situation of Shanxi Province, and analyzes the development strategy for the main industries from the angle of industry, and finally puts forward the measures to ensure the development of cultural industry in this province. From the analysis of the present situation, we can see that Shanxi Province does not have the resources and conditions needed for the development model of the provinces and cities with developed cultural industries, and at the same time it has its own unique advantages, so it is impossible to imitate. We need to explore the development route of differentiation.
