【摘要】："上市"是1978年以來中國(guó)傳媒市場(chǎng)化改革的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)。"上市"不僅具有融資功能,更具有體制改造功能。本文認(rèn)為,股改上市是媒體深度嵌入市場(chǎng)體系的過程,更是一個(gè)制度變遷的過程,這種制度變遷是組織場(chǎng)域的轉(zhuǎn)換和互嵌的結(jié)果。場(chǎng)域具有規(guī)制功能,媒體上市即兩種場(chǎng)域空間與制度規(guī)則的重構(gòu)過程,這一過程深刻地影響著媒介制度的變遷。傳統(tǒng)媒體轉(zhuǎn)企改制以及上市的過程,既是一個(gè)日益市場(chǎng)化、企業(yè)化的過程,也是一個(gè)脫離傳統(tǒng)單位體制的"去行政化"的過程。當(dāng)傳統(tǒng)媒介組織以"上市"這樣一種方式嵌入證券市場(chǎng)這一新的組織場(chǎng)域,其所具有的制度規(guī)制意義不僅僅是經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)意義上的,也是社會(huì)學(xué)意義上的。
[Abstract]:"listing" is an important node in the market-oriented reform of Chinese media since 1978. " Listing "not only has the financing function, but also has the system transformation function." This paper holds that the stock market reform is the process of media deep embedding in the market system, and it is also a process of institutional change, which is the result of the transformation and mutual embedding of the organizational field. The field has the function of regulation, the media listing is the reconstruction process of the two kinds of field space and system rules, which has a profound influence on the change of the media system. The transformation of traditional media into enterprises and the process of listing on the market are not only an increasingly market-oriented and enterprise-oriented process, but also a process of "deadministrative" from the traditional unit system. When the traditional media organizations embed the new organizational field of securities market in the way of "listing", its institutional regulation significance is not only in the sense of economics, but also in the sense of sociology.
