【摘要】：在概述國際數(shù)字文化產業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀基礎上,從企業(yè)創(chuàng)新、科技和文化融合、文化消費和數(shù)字產業(yè)互動等角度分析我國數(shù)字文化產業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢和特點,研究當前在管理體制、法律法規(guī)、市場壟斷、內容、版權和消費者權益保護等方面存在的問題和挑戰(zhàn),梳理我國數(shù)字文化產業(yè)的發(fā)展的規(guī)制策略:完善大文化頂層設計、推進立法融合、建立健全數(shù)字文化自組織規(guī)制、推動公平競爭、創(chuàng)新數(shù)字內容產權模式和推動數(shù)字媒體文化消費。
[Abstract]:On the basis of summarizing the current situation of the development of international digital culture industry, this paper analyzes the development trend and characteristics of digital culture industry in China from the angles of enterprise innovation, science and technology and cultural integration, cultural consumption and digital industry interaction, and studies the current management system of digital culture industry in China. The problems and challenges in the aspects of laws and regulations, market monopoly, content, copyright and consumer rights and interests protection, etc., combing the regulatory strategies for the development of digital cultural industry in China: perfecting the top-level design of large culture, promoting legislative integration, and so on. To establish and perfect the self-organizing regulation of digital culture, to promote fair competition, to innovate the mode of property right of digital content and to promote the consumption of digital media culture.
