【摘要】：IES國際文化交流公司是一家從事跨國文化交流與服務的在華外資企業(yè),公司主要經營業(yè)務是以文化交流的形式引進海外留學生、實習生到中國的各類學校、公司等組織機構進行文化交流與訪問。IES公司目前正處于快速成長階段,面臨的市場發(fā)展機會較多,但是業(yè)務經營并未給公司帶來較大盈利,這主要是由于公司目前沒有制定明確的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,存在盲目擴張的問題,如何正確把握企業(yè)發(fā)展方向、保持長期競爭優(yōu)勢已經擺在企業(yè)管理者面前。本文以IES國際文化交流公司為研究對象,旨在通過對IES公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究幫助公司更加清晰的認識自身現(xiàn)有的內部條件和所面臨的外部環(huán)境,為制定科學的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供決策依據(jù)。本文在內容上首先提出研究的背景、問題及研究思路,對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理相關理論進行了概括,然后總結IES公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、分析企業(yè)所處的內外部環(huán)境,運用SWOT分析方法對企業(yè)的內部優(yōu)勢與劣勢、所面臨的外部機會與威脅進行概括,以此為依據(jù)對IES公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行定位,明確公司的企業(yè)使命、戰(zhàn)略目標、總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以及在產品品牌、營銷渠道、國際業(yè)務拓展、人力資源和財務方面的局部戰(zhàn)略,并從市場營銷、人力資源、財務和企業(yè)文化建設等方面提出戰(zhàn)略實施保障建議以促進戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃得以有效實施。本文最后對IES公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究進行了總結和展望,提出研究的局限性以及未來研究需要進一步探索的問題。
[Abstract]:IES International Cultural Exchange Company is a foreign-funded enterprise engaged in transnational cultural exchange and service in China. Its main business is to introduce overseas students and interns to all kinds of schools in China in the form of cultural exchange. Companies and other organizations to carry out cultural exchanges and interviews .IES company is currently in a rapid growth stage, facing more opportunities for market development, but business operations did not bring the company a large profit. This is mainly because the company has not formulated a clear development strategy, there is a blind expansion of the problem, how to correctly grasp the direction of enterprise development, to maintain long-term competitive advantage has been placed in front of enterprise managers. In this paper, IES International Cultural Exchange Company as the research object, through the development strategy of IES companies to help the company to understand the existing internal conditions and the external environment. To provide the basis for making scientific development strategy. In this paper, the background, problems and research ideas of the research are put forward first, and the related theories of enterprise strategic management are summarized, and then the development status of IES company is summarized, and the internal and external environment of the enterprise is analyzed. SWOT analysis method is used to summarize the internal strengths and weaknesses of enterprises and the external opportunities and threats they face. Based on the SWOT analysis, the development strategy of IES companies is positioned, and the corporate mission and strategic objectives are defined. Overall development strategy and local strategy in product brands, marketing channels, international business development, human resources and finance, and from marketing, human resources, In order to promote the effective implementation of the strategic plan, the author puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of the strategy in the aspects of finance and corporate culture construction. At the end of this paper, the research on the development strategy of IES Company is summarized and prospected, and the limitations of the research and the problems that need to be further explored in the future research are put forward.
