【摘要】：本文通過(guò)梳理2005年以來(lái)外國(guó)學(xué)者關(guān)于超本地新聞的研究,對(duì)其發(fā)展的背景、內(nèi)容特征、理論等進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)概括,希望從中找到其發(fā)展研究的基本脈絡(luò)。首先,傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)的衰落和新媒介技術(shù)的應(yīng)用使得新聞媒介向著超本地化轉(zhuǎn)向。其次,超本地新聞是公民新聞和社區(qū)新聞在web2.0時(shí)代的融合發(fā)展,也是傳統(tǒng)媒體自救的新嘗試。第三,專業(yè)記者或者大的媒介集團(tuán)創(chuàng)辦超本地新聞網(wǎng)站,聚焦于較小地理范圍的新聞實(shí)踐,利用公民記者的力量報(bào)道鄰里間發(fā)生的事情,希望能夠填補(bǔ)主流媒體報(bào)道的空白。超本地新聞網(wǎng)站還自覺承擔(dān)著監(jiān)督地方政府的責(zé)任,對(duì)提高地方民主、社區(qū)建設(shè)起到了積極的作用。公民記者參與超本地新聞的生產(chǎn)與制作,是信息傳播與自我表達(dá)的滿足。在超本地新聞網(wǎng)站上,普通公眾上傳新聞并公開參與討論,形成了超本地化的"公共空間"。雖然超本地新聞在新聞的真實(shí)性、專業(yè)性等方面?zhèn)涫軐W(xué)者的詬病,但它和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的緊密結(jié)合,新的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式都讓很多學(xué)者看到了傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的新曙光,他們歡呼超本地新聞是新興新聞時(shí)代的到來(lái),可以拯救已經(jīng)沒落的傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:By combing the foreign scholars' research on super local news since 2005, this paper systematically summarizes the background, content characteristics and theory of its development, hoping to find the basic context of its development research. First of all, the decline of the media industry and the application of new media technology make the news media turn to hyperlocalization. Secondly, ultra-local news is the fusion development of citizen news and community news in web2.0 era, and it is also a new attempt of traditional media to save itself. Third, professional journalists or large media groups set up super-local news websites, focusing on small geographical news practices, using the power of citizen journalists to report what happened in the neighborhood, hoping to fill the gap in mainstream media reporting. The super-local news website also takes the responsibility of supervising the local government, which plays a positive role in improving local democracy and community construction. Citizen journalists participate in the production and production of super-local news, which is the satisfaction of information dissemination and self-expression. On ultra-local news sites, the general public uploads news and openly participates in discussions, forming a super-local "public space." Although super-local news has been criticized by scholars in terms of its authenticity and professionalism, its close integration with network technology and the new operating model have made many scholars see a new dawn in the development of the media industry. They hailed ultra-local news as the arrival of a new news era that could save the declining media industry.
