【摘要】：隨著文化經(jīng)濟(jì)的浪潮席卷全球,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在各國逐漸成為產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的重心,受到了社會(huì)各界的關(guān)注。近年來,我國的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展得到了黨和國家的重視,自十七大首次提出“文化軟實(shí)力”以來,國家推出了各項(xiàng)政策支持文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)總產(chǎn)值連年增加,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展速度逐漸與我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長速度相當(dāng)。然而廣西文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平仍與先進(jìn)省區(qū)有一定差距,存在規(guī)模小、結(jié)構(gòu)亂、占GDP比重低等問題,亟需解決。因此研究廣西文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展模式具有實(shí)際意義。在閱讀國內(nèi)外文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式以及新結(jié)構(gòu)主義相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對國內(nèi)外文化產(chǎn)業(yè)理論和新結(jié)構(gòu)主義進(jìn)行綜述,使對廣西文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究一開始就有一個(gè)背景認(rèn)識和理論支撐。其次是分析新結(jié)構(gòu)主義的核心觀點(diǎn)和理論框架,為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式的構(gòu)建奠定理論基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)確定新結(jié)構(gòu)主義視角下構(gòu)建文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式的可行性。接著具體分析國內(nèi)外主要國家和城市的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和模式,一方面是從國外的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式中提取經(jīng)驗(yàn);另一方面通過對比形成對國內(nèi)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展大背景的認(rèn)知。在文章的核心章節(jié)部分,先闡述廣西文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn),然后引入新結(jié)構(gòu)主義理論,從比較優(yōu)勢、因勢利導(dǎo)型政府和市場三個(gè)維度進(jìn)行具體的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)廣西文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在發(fā)展的過程中存在比較優(yōu)勢發(fā)揮不充分、政府職能不到位、市場開發(fā)不完善等一系列問題,并提出解決辦法,初步形成構(gòu)建模式思路。最后從資源型、創(chuàng)意型、制造型文化產(chǎn)業(yè)三大類分別構(gòu)建發(fā)展模式,引入經(jīng)典案例輔助模式的解析和運(yùn)用,并針對性的提出一些對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the wave of cultural economy sweeping the world, cultural industry has gradually become the focus of industrial structure upgrading in various countries, and has been concerned by all walks of life. In recent years, the development of the cultural industry in our country has received the attention of the Party and the state. Since the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China first put forward the "cultural soft power", the state has introduced various policies to support the development of the cultural industry, and the total output value of the cultural industry has increased year after year. The speed of industrial development is gradually equal to that of China's economic growth. However, the development level of Guangxi's cultural industry is still far from that of advanced provinces and regions. There are some problems such as small scale, disorderly structure, low proportion of GDP and so on, which need to be solved urgently. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the development model of Guangxi cultural industry. On the basis of reading the development model of cultural industry at home and abroad and the related literature of new structuralism, this paper first summarizes the theory of cultural industry and new structuralism at home and abroad. So that the study of Guangxi cultural industry from the beginning has a background and theoretical support. The second is to analyze the core views and theoretical framework of new structuralism, to lay a theoretical foundation for the construction of cultural industry development model, and to determine the feasibility of constructing cultural industry development model from the perspective of new structuralism. Then it analyzes the current situation and mode of the cultural industry development in the main countries and cities at home and abroad. On the one hand, it extracts the experience from the foreign cultural industry development model. On the other hand, the background of the development of domestic cultural industry is formed by contrast. In the core chapter of the article, the paper first expounds the present situation and characteristics of Guangxi cultural industry, then introduces the new structuralism theory, and makes a concrete analysis from the three dimensions of comparative advantage, favorable government and market. It is found that there are a series of problems in the process of development of Guangxi cultural industry, such as the insufficient exertion of comparative advantage, the insufficiency of government function and the imperfect development of market, and so on, and the solutions are put forward, and the train of thought of constructing mode is formed preliminarily. Finally, from the resource type, creative type, manufacturing culture industry three types of development model respectively, introduce the analysis and application of classic case assistance model, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
