【摘要】:生產(chǎn)性文化服務(wù)業(yè)是近年來在我國(guó)快速興起的一種新型文化服務(wù)業(yè)態(tài),具有較強(qiáng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)性、融合性、創(chuàng)新性和區(qū)域差異性特征,并對(duì)促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長(zhǎng)、加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)、提升企業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有重要作用。近年來,該產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模持續(xù)擴(kuò)大,經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)率不斷提高,產(chǎn)業(yè)門類逐步齊全,但其發(fā)展過程中仍存在體制、技術(shù)、人才、政策等因素的制約。為此,應(yīng)進(jìn)一步創(chuàng)新體制機(jī)制和產(chǎn)業(yè)組織模式,強(qiáng)化自主創(chuàng)新能力和專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng),加快實(shí)施品牌帶動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略,并推動(dòng)其與制造業(yè)互動(dòng)融合發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Producer cultural service industry is a new type of cultural service industry which has been rising rapidly in China in recent years. It has strong industrial relevance, integration, innovation and regional differences, and it can promote the rapid economic growth of our country. Speeding up the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and enhancing the international competitiveness of enterprises play an important role. In recent years, the scale of the industry continues to expand, the rate of economic contribution continues to improve, and the industry categories are gradually complete, but there are still system, technology, talent, policy and other factors in the process of its development. Therefore, we should further innovate the institutional mechanism and industrial organization model, strengthen the cultivation of independent innovation ability and professional talents, accelerate the implementation of brand driven strategy, and promote the development of interaction and integration with the manufacturing industry.
