【摘要】：文章通過(guò)對(duì)城市文化創(chuàng)意街區(qū)建設(shè)相關(guān)理論的分模塊梳理,總結(jié)其產(chǎn)生的本源街區(qū)類(lèi)型并歸納創(chuàng)意街區(qū)建設(shè)的五種主要模式。在此基礎(chǔ)上探尋和發(fā)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)意街區(qū)形成與發(fā)展的初始要素和后續(xù)動(dòng)力,進(jìn)而針對(duì)創(chuàng)意街區(qū)在當(dāng)今發(fā)展建設(shè)中所存在的問(wèn)題,提出地域文化營(yíng)造、整體環(huán)境塑造、業(yè)態(tài)經(jīng)營(yíng)布局等改善策略。
[Abstract]:By combing the relevant theories of urban cultural and creative block construction, this paper summarizes the origin of the block and summarizes the five main modes of creative district construction. On this basis, the paper explores and finds out the initial elements and subsequent motive forces for the formation and development of creative blocks, and then, aiming at the problems existing in the development and construction of creative blocks, puts forward the construction of regional culture and the shaping of the overall environment. Improvement strategies such as business pattern, layout and so on.
