【摘要】：正手頭上有一份材料,記載了國家藝術基金成立三年來所取得的豐碩成果,大量有說服力的數(shù)字統(tǒng)計令人興奮。但是,我感觸更多的是數(shù)字背后的東西,是那些讓人們觀念發(fā)生變化的東西。首先,國家藝術基金深層次點燃了全社會藝術創(chuàng)造的激情。在國家藝術基金設立之前,國家沒有一個面向全社會的鼓勵扶持高水平藝術創(chuàng)作的機制,幾乎所有的藝術團體和有抱負的藝術家都遇到過創(chuàng)作經(jīng)費求助無門的窘迫。而面對這種窘迫,許多優(yōu)秀的創(chuàng)意設想和創(chuàng)造熱
[Abstract]:There is a document on hand documenting the fruitful results of the National Arts Fund in its three years of existence, and the thrilling number of convincing statistics.
