【摘要】：本文運(yùn)用典型相關(guān)分析和數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析相結(jié)合的方法,試圖剔除指標(biāo)相關(guān)性對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析結(jié)果的影響,測(cè)度我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的效率水平,并探討了影響文化產(chǎn)業(yè)效率的因素,為政府制定相關(guān)政策以促進(jìn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供了理論上的支持。 本文選取了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值作為產(chǎn)出指標(biāo),文化產(chǎn)業(yè)從業(yè)人員、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)固定資產(chǎn)投資、政府財(cái)政扶持作為投入指標(biāo),運(yùn)用CCA-DEA方法對(duì)我國(guó)14個(gè)省級(jí)行政區(qū)的2005年至2010年的效率水平進(jìn)行了測(cè)度,并對(duì)沿海地區(qū)和內(nèi)陸地區(qū)的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)效率情況進(jìn)行比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)14個(gè)省級(jí)行政區(qū)的綜合技術(shù)效率偏低并且是由純技術(shù)效率低下和規(guī)模效率低下共同引起的。沿海地區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合技術(shù)效率水平要領(lǐng)先于內(nèi)陸地區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè),兩者之間的差距主要由規(guī)模效率的差異造成。 隨后,本文選取了我國(guó)14個(gè)省級(jí)行政區(qū)2006年至2010年的面板數(shù)據(jù)研究了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)效率的影響因素,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)省級(jí)行政區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、城市居民收入的提高有利于文化產(chǎn)業(yè)效率的提高,地方政府對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的財(cái)政扶持則不利于文化產(chǎn)業(yè)效率的提高。本文進(jìn)一步分析內(nèi)陸地區(qū)和沿海地區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)效率影響因素的差異,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩者之間的差異主要體現(xiàn)在三個(gè)方面：1.經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的影響作用不同,2.政府財(cái)政扶持的影響作用不同。
[Abstract]:This paper tries to eliminate the influence of index correlation on the results of data envelope analysis by means of typical correlation analysis and data envelope analysis , measures the efficiency level of cultural industry in China , and discusses the factors that affect the efficiency of cultural industry , and provides theoretical support for the government to formulate relevant policies to promote the development of cultural industry .

The paper selects the output value of cultural industry as output index , cultural industry practitioners , cultural industry fixed assets investment and government financial support as input indexes , and compares the efficiency level between 2005 and 2010 of 14 provincial administrative regions by using CCA - DEA method , and finds that the comprehensive technical efficiency of 14 provincial administrative regions is low and is caused by the low efficiency of pure technology and low scale efficiency .

Then , the paper selects the panel data of 14 provinces from 2006 to 2010 to study the influence factors of cultural industry efficiency . As a result , it is found that the economic development level of the provincial administrative region and the improvement of urban residents ' income are beneficial to the improvement of the efficiency of the cultural industry .
