創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集群衍生路徑研究

【摘要】:在當今社會,創(chuàng)意產業(yè)在世界各國如火如荼的迅速發(fā)展,其影響力已經觸及各國或地區(qū)的產業(yè)、經濟、城市功能以及消費水平。集群化模式是在規(guī)模經濟和知識溢出等效應中衍生而來,它對社會轉型、文化傳承和城市改造具有積極意義,并能調整產業(yè)機構,轉變區(qū)域經濟的增長方式,,實現(xiàn)區(qū)域經濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集群的發(fā)展必將經歷一個衍生的過程,集群的衍生能力是集群的活力所在和成熟的標志。目前,國內外學者對創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集群已有關注,并取得了豐碩的研究成果,但是研究重點只停留在文化能推動創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集群發(fā)展和創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集群發(fā)展能促使創(chuàng)意的萌生等表面和理論層面。所以本文從定量分析入手,對創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集群衍生路徑的深入分析,無論是對創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集群的理論充實還是現(xiàn)實的指導都有一定的意義。 本文首先對創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集群的衍生機理進行了分析,其主要包括運用耗散結構理論和協(xié)同學理論對集群衍生條件進行了分析,利用斜坡球體定律分析了創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集群衍生的影響因素,以及分析了創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集群衍生動力。 其次,結合實例分析了自發(fā)集聚型、政府主導型和產業(yè)規(guī)劃型這三種創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集群衍生方式各自的特點,并從主體、目標和手段等方面將這三種衍生方式進行了比較。 接著,利用產業(yè)生命周期理論將創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集群衍生過程為初始期、合作期和成熟期,根據(jù)創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集群的可持續(xù)發(fā)展特性剔除了衰落期,構建了初始期的羊群行為模型和合作期的演化博弈模型,在此基礎上提出了生態(tài)化的成熟期。 最后,通過對黑龍江旅游創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集群實際案例分析,研究了其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、優(yōu)勢及瓶頸,對其衍生路徑進行了選擇,并提出了相應的發(fā)展對策和建議,希望能對黑龍江旅游創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集群的衍生提供一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the creative industry has developed rapidly in all countries in the world. Its influence has already touched the industries, economy, city function and consumption level of various countries or regions. The cluster model is derived from the equivalent of scale economy and knowledge spillover. It has a positive significance for social transformation, cultural inheritance and urban transformation. We can adjust the industrial organization, change the growth mode of regional economy and realize the sustainable development of regional economy. The development of creative industry cluster will undergo a derivative process. The derivative ability of the cluster is the vitality of the cluster and the sign of maturity. At present, the scholars at home and abroad have paid much attention to the creative industry cluster and have made great research. The research focus is only on the surface and theoretical level that culture can promote the development of creative industry cluster and the development of creative industry cluster. Therefore, this paper, starting with quantitative analysis, analyses the derivation path of creative industry cluster, whether it is substantial or realistic to the theory of creative industry cluster. Guidance has a certain meaning.
This paper first analyzes the derivation mechanism of creative industry cluster, which mainly includes the use of dissipative structure theory and synergetic theory to analyze the cluster derivation conditions, and analyze the influence factors of creative industry cluster derivation by using the law of slope sphere, and analyze the derivation power of creative industry cluster.
Secondly, it analyzes the characteristics of the three kinds of creative industries, which are spontaneous agglomeration, government leading and industrial planning, and compares the three derivatives from the main body, the target and the means.
Then, using the theory of industrial life cycle, the derivation process of creative industry cluster is the initial stage, the period of cooperation and maturity, the decline period is eliminated according to the sustainable development characteristic of creative industry cluster, the herd behavior model of the initial period and the evolutionary game model of the cooperation period are constructed, and the mature period of ecology is put forward on this basis.
Finally, through the analysis of the actual cases of Heilongjiang tourism creative industry cluster, this paper studies its development status, advantages and bottlenecks, chooses its derivative path, and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to provide some reference for the derivation of the tourism creative industry cluster in Heilongjiang.
