【摘要】：聯(lián)合國(guó)《創(chuàng)意經(jīng)濟(jì)報(bào)告2013》是在國(guó)際、國(guó)家、地區(qū)以及地方政府的各個(gè)層面上影響政策制定的重要報(bào)告,是國(guó)際文化產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的重要文件。2013特別版的的主題是"拓展本土發(fā)展路徑",這條路徑是"鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)造和創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展新路徑,力爭(zhēng)實(shí)現(xiàn)包容、公平和可持續(xù)的增長(zhǎng)與發(fā)展。"《創(chuàng)意經(jīng)濟(jì)報(bào)告》的研究對(duì)象主要是發(fā)展中國(guó)家,而其中中國(guó)作為這一群體創(chuàng)意經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的領(lǐng)頭羊,在報(bào)告中占有相當(dāng)?shù)谋戎�。與前兩本聯(lián)合國(guó)貿(mào)發(fā)會(huì)議的敘述方式不同,這是一本帶著濃厚教科文敘述色彩的創(chuàng)意經(jīng)濟(jì)研究報(bào)告。同時(shí),它密切結(jié)合了教科文話語(yǔ)系統(tǒng)里的"文化多樣性""創(chuàng)意城市"等理念,具有濃厚的人文氣息。
[Abstract]:The UN Creative economy report 2013 is an important report that influences policy making at all levels of international, national, regional and local government. The theme of the 2013 special edition, which is an important document in the field of the international cultural industry, is "expand the path of indigenous development", which is "New paths to development that encourage creativity and innovation and strive for inclusiveness," Equitable and sustainable growth and development. The Creative economy report focuses on developing countries, with China as the leader in the development of creative economy for this group. This is a significant proportion of the report. Unlike the previous two UNCTAD books, this is a study on creative economy with a strong UNESCO narrative. At the same time, It closely combines the ideas of "cultural diversity" and "creative city" in the UNESCO discourse system and has a strong humanistic flavor.
