【摘要】：自20世紀90年代廣州日報報業(yè)集團成立以來，我國傳媒業(yè)開始走上集簇式發(fā)展的道路。目前，我國已初步形成了以首都創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集簇、長三角創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集簇、珠三角創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集簇、滇海創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集簇、中部創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集簇等六大創(chuàng)意產業(yè)集簇。然而，隨著新的傳媒科技的不斷創(chuàng)新，國際、國內競爭日益激烈，我國傳媒產業(yè)集簇在科技創(chuàng)新上暴露出的問題日益突出，與國外先進傳媒產業(yè)集簇相比距離日益拉大。傳媒產業(yè)集簇如何通過科技創(chuàng)新走上高端化發(fā)展道路成為國內傳媒產業(yè)集簇發(fā)展過程中面臨的重大議題。本文擬從傳媒產業(yè)集簇科技創(chuàng)新的角度，對我國傳媒產業(yè)集簇走向高端化發(fā)展道路提出有益的見解。 本文的研究思路是：首先，從傳媒產業(yè)集簇科技創(chuàng)新的一般理論的界定入手，分析傳媒產業(yè)集簇科技創(chuàng)新的內涵、要素、競爭優(yōu)勢，借鑒國外先進傳媒產業(yè)集簇的發(fā)展經驗，在此基礎上總結促進傳媒產業(yè)集簇高端化發(fā)展科技創(chuàng)新的動力機制。第二，在總結經驗的基礎上，創(chuàng)新性的提出傳媒產業(yè)集簇科技創(chuàng)新的層面，并構建我國傳媒產業(yè)集簇高端化發(fā)展科技創(chuàng)新的模式。第三，借鑒模糊綜合評價法對我國北京CBD國際傳媒產業(yè)集簇區(qū)科技創(chuàng)新競爭能力做風險預控評估，并總結評估結果。最后，從宏觀的政府層面和中微觀的傳媒產業(yè)集簇層面提出加速傳媒產業(yè)集簇高端化發(fā)展科技創(chuàng)新的戰(zhàn)略與策略。 本文的主要成果在于：（一）梳理了我國傳媒產業(yè)集簇科技創(chuàng)新的內涵，，明確了科技創(chuàng)新的動力機制；（二）提出了促進我國傳媒產業(yè)集簇高端化發(fā)展科技創(chuàng)新的“三螺旋結構”、“創(chuàng)新網絡結構”、“公共科技創(chuàng)新平臺結構”；（三）為我國傳媒產業(yè)集簇高端化發(fā)展科技創(chuàng)新的風險預控提出了可行性的評估模型；（四）提出了加速我國傳媒產業(yè)集簇高端化發(fā)展科技創(chuàng)新的可行性辦法。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of Guangzhou Daily newspaper Group in the 1990s, the media industry in China has begun to take the road of cluster development. At present, China has initially formed a cluster of creative industries in the capital city and creative industries in the Yangtze River Delta. Creative industries cluster in Pearl River Delta, Dianhai creative industry cluster, central creative industry cluster, etc. However, with the continuous innovation of new media technology, the international and domestic competition is becoming increasingly fierce. The problems exposed by the media industry cluster in our country in scientific and technological innovation have become increasingly prominent. Compared with the overseas advanced media industry cluster, the distance between the media industry cluster and the foreign advanced media industry cluster is increasing. How to develop the media industry cluster through scientific and technological innovation has become an important issue in the process of the domestic media industry cluster development. The Media Industry Cluster Science and Technology Innovation Angle, Put forward the beneficial opinion to our country media industry cluster to the high-end development road. The research ideas of this paper are as follows: first, starting with the definition of the general theory of media industry cluster scientific and technological innovation, this paper analyzes the connotation, elements and competitive advantages of the media industry cluster science and technology innovation, and draws lessons from the development experience of foreign advanced media industry cluster. Secondly, on the basis of summing up the experience, the paper puts forward the innovative level of media industry cluster scientific and technological innovation, and summarizes the mechanism of promoting the media industry cluster high-end development of science and technology innovation. Second, on the basis of summing up the experience, the innovative media industry cluster technology innovation level is put forward. Thirdly, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the competitive ability of science and technology innovation in the CBD international media industry cluster area in Beijing, China, the risk pre-control assessment is made for the scientific and technological innovation competition ability of China's CBD international media industry cluster area. Finally, from the macro government level and the medium and micro media industry cluster level, put forward the strategy and strategy to accelerate the media industry cluster high-end development science and technology innovation. The main achievement of this paper lies in: (1) combing out the connotation of scientific and technological innovation in China's media industry cluster. This paper clarifies the motive mechanism of scientific and technological innovation (2) puts forward the "triple helix structure", "innovative network structure" and "public scientific and technological innovation platform structure" to promote the development of scientific and technological innovation in the media industry of our country. (4) A feasible method to accelerate the development of scientific and technological innovation in China's media industry is put forward.
