【摘要】：文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),是學(xué)術(shù)研究和相關(guān)政策制定的基礎(chǔ)和重要參考。英國(guó)、美國(guó)和日本針對(duì)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的統(tǒng)計(jì)都是以文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值為核心統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)的,此外也關(guān)注了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的就業(yè)、出口帶動(dòng)效應(yīng)。英國(guó)、美國(guó)日本的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)制度,給我國(guó)以諸多啟示:統(tǒng)一文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念界定;制定全國(guó)統(tǒng)一的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的行業(yè)分類;豐富和完善文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo),改變僅以增加值為主的統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)設(shè)置;細(xì)化行業(yè)分類,減小文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)的復(fù)雜性。
[Abstract]:Statistics on cultural and creative industries are the basis and important reference for academic research and related policy formulation. Statistics on cultural and creative industries in the United Kingdom, the United States and Japan are all based on the added value of cultural and creative industries as the core statistical indicators. In addition, it also pays attention to the employment and export-led effects of cultural and creative industries. The statistical system of cultural and creative industries in the United Kingdom and the United States and Japan gives China a lot of enlightenment: unifying the concept of cultural and creative industries; To formulate a unified industry classification of cultural and creative industries; to enrich and improve the statistical indicators of cultural and creative industries, to change the set of statistical indicators based only on added value; to refine the classification of industries; to reduce the complexity of statistics of cultural and creative industries.
