【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)作為國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)，其發(fā)展情況對一個國家整體經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有舉足輕重的作用。近年來，根據(jù)黨和國務(wù)院提出的相關(guān)規(guī)定，新型農(nóng)業(yè)金融機構(gòu)正在逐漸加快改革步伐。這無疑推動了農(nóng)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和人們生活水平的提高，對農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了積極的影響。但是，阻礙農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的因素依然存在，涉農(nóng)貸款金融體系的不完善是目前農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的一個巨大瓶頸，當前，我國涉農(nóng)貸款金融體系建設(shè)尚不成熟，并未適應(yīng)當下農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，涉農(nóng)貸款金融體系與農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之間存在較大隔閡。涉農(nóng)貸款業(yè)務(wù)是現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的核心，然而涉農(nóng)貸款服務(wù)卻是目前我國整個金融體系中的薄弱的環(huán)節(jié)。因而，在建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)時期，深入研究涉農(nóng)貸款發(fā)展與農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長的內(nèi)在關(guān)系，，對于揭露目前制約山東省農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展因素具有十分重要的意義。以此為目的，本文通過分析探究山東省農(nóng)業(yè)金融發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟增長之間的關(guān)系，并結(jié)合相關(guān)的理論知識來分析山東省在涉農(nóng)貸款發(fā)展方面的發(fā)力點，以便更好的促進三農(nóng)問題的解決，促進山東省農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟更好更快發(fā)展，同時也為全國提供一定的區(qū)域研究范例。 本論文由七個部分組成：第一部分緒論主要闡述論文的研究背景、目的和意義。然后簡要的說明本文的研究思路和方法，最后介紹本文寫作的難點和創(chuàng)新點，以及文章的不足和今后需要進一步研究和改進的方向。第二部分文獻綜述部分，該部分介紹了國內(nèi)外研究涉農(nóng)貸款相關(guān)理論及文獻的研究情況，以及涉農(nóng)貸款發(fā)展對農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟增長的相關(guān)性研究的文獻。第三部分山東省農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與涉農(nóng)貸款現(xiàn)狀分析，通過對山東省農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展情況分析，說明山東省仍需進一步推進農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展。通過對山東省農(nóng)村居民收入情況進行分析，說明山東省各地區(qū)的農(nóng)村居民人均收入也存在較大差異，通過對山東省涉農(nóng)貸款增長及結(jié)構(gòu)分析，說明目前涉農(nóng)貸款投放量雖然增大，但是仍然不能滿足涉農(nóng)類企業(yè)的發(fā)展的要求；第四部分是涉農(nóng)貸款與農(nóng)業(yè)增長關(guān)系實證分析，通過建立模型尋找涉農(nóng)貸款與農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長的相關(guān)關(guān)系；第五部分與第六部分分別是山東省涉農(nóng)貸款需求與供給方面分析；最后，總結(jié)了本文的研究結(jié)論并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:Agriculture, as the basic industry of national economic development, plays an important role in the overall economic development of a country. In recent years, according to the relevant regulations proposed by the Party and the State Council, the new agricultural financial institutions are gradually speeding up the pace of reform. This has undoubtedly promoted the economic development of agriculture and the improvement of people's living standard, and has had a positive impact on the development of agricultural industry. However, the factors hindering the development of agricultural economy still exist, and the imperfection of agricultural loan financial system is a huge bottleneck in the development of agricultural economy. At present, the construction of agricultural loan financial system in our country is not yet mature. Not adapted to the current situation of agricultural economic development, there is a big gap between the agricultural loan financial system and agricultural economic development. Agricultural loan business is the core of modern agricultural economy, but agricultural loan service is a weak link in the whole financial system of our country at present. Therefore, in the period of construction of modern agriculture, it is of great significance to deeply study the internal relationship between the development of agricultural loans and the growth of agricultural economy, which is of great significance to expose the factors restricting the development of agricultural economy in Shandong Province at present. For this purpose, this paper analyzes the relationship between agricultural finance development and economic growth in Shandong Province, and combines relevant theoretical knowledge to analyze the development of agricultural loans in Shandong Province. In order to better promote the solution of the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, promote the agricultural economy of Shandong Province better and faster development, but also provide a certain regional research model for the whole country. This paper is composed of seven parts: the first part mainly describes the background, purpose and significance of the thesis. Then it briefly explains the research ideas and methods of this paper, and finally introduces the difficulties and innovations in the writing of this paper, as well as the shortcomings of the article and the direction of further research and improvement in the future. The second part of the literature review part, this part introduces the domestic and foreign research on agricultural loan related theories and literature, as well as the development of agricultural loans on the relevance of rural economic growth research literature. The third part is the analysis of the current situation of agricultural economic development and agricultural loans in Shandong Province. Through the analysis of agricultural economic development in Shandong Province, the author points out that Shandong Province still needs to further promote the development of agricultural industrialization. By analyzing the income of rural residents in Shandong Province, it is shown that there are great differences in the per capita income of rural residents in various regions of Shandong Province, and through the analysis of the growth and structure of agricultural loans in Shandong Province, It shows that although the amount of loans for agriculture is increasing at present, it still can not meet the requirements of the development of agriculture-related enterprises. The fourth part is the empirical analysis of the relationship between agricultural loans and agricultural growth, through the establishment of a model to find the relationship between agricultural loans and agricultural economic growth; Finally, the conclusion of this paper is summarized and the relevant policy recommendations are put forward.
