【摘要】：本文從法律法規(guī)、規(guī)劃管理、稅收手段等三個(gè)維度,對(duì)德國(guó)政府的房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)宏觀調(diào)控政策的歷史沿革和具體手段進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)梳理分析,并對(duì)德國(guó)政府將房地產(chǎn)業(yè)作為社會(huì)福利機(jī)制重要組成部分的理念進(jìn)行了探析。
[Abstract]:From the three dimensions of laws and regulations, planning and management, and tax means, this paper systematically analyzes the historical evolution and specific means of the German government's macro-control policy of the real estate market. And the German government to the real estate as an important part of social welfare mechanism to explore the concept.
