【摘要】：從中觀層面研究風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)。基于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資網(wǎng)絡(luò)社群這一中觀視角,研究風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資網(wǎng)絡(luò)社群集聚性、可達(dá)性及二者交互效應(yīng)對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)成功退出的影響。運(yùn)用CV Source數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)2005年1月1日至12月31日的樣本數(shù)據(jù),采用多元回歸模型進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:(1)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資機(jī)構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社群集聚與成功退出呈倒U型關(guān)系;(2)可達(dá)性與成功退出呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系;(3)可達(dá)性正向調(diào)節(jié)社群集聚與成功退出的倒U型關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資網(wǎng)絡(luò)社群結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、提高機(jī)構(gòu)投資績(jī)效具有一定理論價(jià)值和實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:The research on venture capital network from the meso level has become a hot spot in the field of venture capital. Based on the view of venture capital network community, this paper studies the influence of agglomeration, reachability and interaction effect of venture capital network community on the successful exit of institutions. Using the sample data of CV Source database from January 1 to December 31, 2005, the multivariate regression model is used to analyze the data. The results show that: (1) there is an inverted U type relationship between community agglomeration and successful exit of venture capital institutions; (2) there is a positive correlation between reachability and successful exit; (3) accessibility positively regulates the inverted U type relationship between community agglomeration and successful exit. The results are of theoretical and practical significance to the optimization of the community structure of venture capital network and the improvement of institutional investment performance.
