【摘要】：農(nóng)民合作社擔(dān)保貸款融資模式各方主體利益關(guān)系復(fù)雜,以擔(dān)保貸款融資業(yè)務(wù)流程作為突破點(diǎn),明確擔(dān)保貸款融資模式參與主體為農(nóng)民合作社、擔(dān)保機(jī)構(gòu)、商業(yè)銀行。構(gòu)建一個(gè)不完全信息動(dòng)態(tài)博弈模型,通過模型博弈樹和三方博弈收益矩陣分析可知,不同博弈主體的不同策略會(huì)形成不同的預(yù)期收益,并通過博弈均衡分析達(dá)到主體行為目標(biāo)(守信、擔(dān)保、放貸)的影響因素及其應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
[Abstract]:The main interests of all parties involved in the mode of guaranteed loan financing of farmers' cooperatives are complicated. The business process of secured loan financing is taken as the breakthrough point. The main bodies of the mode of secured loan financing are farmers' cooperatives, guarantee institutions and commercial banks. A dynamic game model with incomplete information is constructed. Through the analysis of model game tree and tripartite game income matrix, it can be concluded that different strategies of different players will form different expected returns. And through the game equilibrium analysis to reach the main behavior goal (keeping promise, guarantee, lending) influence factors and countermeasures.
