【摘要】：官員變更會引起企業(yè)投資支出的減少,然而,已有文獻并未研究官員變更對外資專用性投資的影響。文章利用手工搜集的1997-2014年我國FDI結構的省際面板數(shù)據(jù),考察了地方官員變更對外資專用性投資行為的影響。研究結果表明:地方官員變更引起轄區(qū)內(nèi)政治不確定程度增加,顯著地降低當年的外資專用性投資規(guī)模。相對于省委書記發(fā)生變更,省長發(fā)生變更對該地區(qū)外資專用性投資的影響更顯著。與合資和合作兩種利用外資形式相比,獨資形式的外資專用性投資顯然更易受到地方官員變更的負向影響。文章為不確定性與外資投資的研究提供了新的視角,并豐富了官員變更的相關文獻。
[Abstract]:However, there is no research on the influence of official change on foreign specific investment. Based on the provincial panel data of FDI structure collected by hand from 1997 to 2014, this paper investigates the influence of the change of local officials on the specific investment behavior of foreign investment. The results show that the degree of political uncertainty increased and the scale of foreign specific investment decreased significantly. Compared with the change of provincial party secretary, the change of governor has more significant influence on the special investment of foreign capital in this area. Compared with the two forms of joint venture and cooperation, the exclusive investment of foreign capital in the form of sole proprietorship is obviously more vulnerable to the negative influence of the change of local officials. This paper provides a new perspective for the study of uncertainty and foreign investment, and enriches the relevant literature on the change of officials.
