【摘要】：與以往研究將民營企業(yè)家個(gè)人政治身份作為公司的政治關(guān)聯(lián)途徑不同,本文對(duì)企業(yè)家的出身背景在民營企業(yè)發(fā)展中的作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行了理論與實(shí)證研究。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),企業(yè)家深厚的社會(huì)資本能夠?yàn)楣景l(fā)展獲取更多的經(jīng)濟(jì)資源與發(fā)展空間。同時(shí),對(duì)于具有社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資本的民營企業(yè),企業(yè)家參政對(duì)公司資源獲取的影響程度會(huì)顯著下降。本文的研究進(jìn)一步闡釋了經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期中國民營企業(yè)能夠得到迅速發(fā)展的內(nèi)在機(jī)制,補(bǔ)充并拓展了企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)的研究內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:Different from previous studies, this paper makes a theoretical and empirical study on the role of entrepreneur background in the development of private enterprises. The results show that the entrepreneur's deep social capital can obtain more economic resources and development space for the development of the company. At the same time, for private enterprises with social network capital, the influence of entrepreneur participation in politics on the acquisition of corporate resources will decrease significantly. This paper further explains the internal mechanism of the rapid development of Chinese private enterprises in the period of economic transformation, complements and expands the connotation of the research on corporate political connection.
