【摘要】：自改革開放以來(lái),我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)體制改革和城市化步伐的加快,房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的快速增長(zhǎng),并獲得了突破性的進(jìn)展,能夠?qū)οM(fèi)進(jìn)行推動(dòng)、拉動(dòng)內(nèi)需,促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速增長(zhǎng),已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要支柱。近年來(lái),房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)存在投資增長(zhǎng)過(guò)快,房地產(chǎn)價(jià)格上漲過(guò)快,也出現(xiàn)了不同程度的投資和結(jié)構(gòu)性問(wèn)題,國(guó)家紛紛出臺(tái)新政控制物價(jià)過(guò)快增長(zhǎng),房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)如何健康有序的發(fā)展面臨著新的課題。鄂爾多斯市永旭房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司面臨的新形勢(shì),迎來(lái)了新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),如何在樓市低迷的一種有效方式,從容應(yīng)對(duì)當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)下,房地產(chǎn)公司找到了一個(gè)突破口實(shí)現(xiàn)永旭健康,穩(wěn)定,和諧的發(fā)展是很重要的。 在本文中,鄂爾多斯市永旭房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析,利用戰(zhàn)略理論以及戰(zhàn)略模式,全面分析房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),并通過(guò)SWOT分析法,外部評(píng)價(jià)和內(nèi)部評(píng)價(jià),全面分析,以確定鄂爾多斯市永旭房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司,外部機(jī)會(huì)以及威脅,內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)以及劣勢(shì),對(duì)公司所面臨的威脅與機(jī)會(huì),劣勢(shì)與優(yōu)勢(shì)的匹配,認(rèn)識(shí)永旭鄂爾多斯市房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展有限公司可以采取的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃與戰(zhàn)略定位。定量評(píng)價(jià),并計(jì)劃利用永旭房地產(chǎn)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行分析鄂爾多斯市永旭房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司下一步發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,應(yīng)采取鄂爾多斯市永旭房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司堅(jiān)持依靠自己的政治優(yōu)勢(shì)和資源優(yōu)勢(shì)。同時(shí),為保證戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)的完成,提出了鄂爾多斯市永旭房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施措施,從優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu),加強(qiáng)管理,提高人力資源,加強(qiáng)品牌建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施和支持討論。
