【摘要】：我國(guó)PB業(yè)務(wù)正處在高速發(fā)展的階段,PB業(yè)務(wù)為資本市場(chǎng)帶來(lái)了新的產(chǎn)品、新的規(guī)則,同時(shí)在井噴式的增長(zhǎng)背后也埋藏了諸多新的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),各類新問(wèn)題接踵而至。本文對(duì)我國(guó)PB業(yè)務(wù)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了初步的探討和分析,重點(diǎn)研究了 X券商在運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中實(shí)際存在的問(wèn)題,有針對(duì)性的提出了防范和規(guī)避的建議。希望能給大家?guī)?lái)些幫助或啟發(fā),同業(yè)的其它公司在PB業(yè)務(wù)的開(kāi)展過(guò)程中遇到類似場(chǎng)景予以借鑒。本文第一章為概述部分,主要闡述了研究背景,研究目的和研究意義,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,以及研究方法。第二章為基本概念和基本理論,介紹了 PB業(yè)務(wù)的基本概念,以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范的概念和理論。第三章闡述了國(guó)外的PB業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展過(guò)程和現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了近幾年國(guó)內(nèi)PB業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,以及國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展路徑與現(xiàn)狀的異同點(diǎn)。第四章重點(diǎn)針對(duì)PB業(yè)務(wù)流程中的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn),進(jìn)行了針對(duì)性的分析,探究對(duì)應(yīng)的防范措施和解決方案。第五章為結(jié)論和建議部分。對(duì)PB業(yè)務(wù)中的各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納,提供了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范的措施和建議。主要的研究結(jié)論包括:PB業(yè)務(wù)中的投資監(jiān)督環(huán)節(jié)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、產(chǎn)品估值環(huán)節(jié)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、資金交收環(huán)節(jié)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、份額登記環(huán)節(jié)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和以上各環(huán)節(jié)的共性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。其中共性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)又涵蓋法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和信息技術(shù)系統(tǒng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并提出了對(duì)應(yīng)各風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)的防范建議。
[Abstract]:PB business in our country is in the stage of rapid development, which brings new products and new rules to the capital market. At the same time, there are many new risks buried behind the blowout growth, and various new problems follow. This paper makes a preliminary discussion and analysis on the risk management of PB business in our country, focuses on the problems existing in the operation process of X securities companies, and puts forward some suggestions to prevent and avoid them. Hope to give you some help or inspiration, other companies in the PB business development process encountered similar scenarios to learn from. The first chapter of this paper is an overview of the research background, research purposes and research significance, the main research content, as well as research methods. The second chapter is the basic concept and theory, introduces the basic concept of PB business, as well as the concept and theory of risk and risk prevention. The third chapter describes the development process and present situation of PB business in foreign countries, summarizes the development of domestic PB business in recent years, as well as the similarities and differences between domestic and foreign development path and present situation. The fourth chapter focuses on the main risks in PB business process, and makes targeted analysis to explore the corresponding preventive measures and solutions. The fifth chapter is the conclusions and recommendations. Various risks in PB business are summarized, and the measures and suggestions of risk prevention are provided. The main conclusions include the risk of investment supervision, the risk of product valuation, the risk of fund settlement, the risk of share registration and the common risk of each link above. The common risk includes legal hazard, moral hazard and information technology system risk.
