【摘要】：資金是支持學生成長的"血液",基金則是學生資金聚集流動的通常形式。學校與學生存在交易、監(jiān)護、投資等三重關系,這為將傳統(tǒng)高校"捐來捐去"型基金優(yōu)化為"投來投去"型基金提供了基礎。投資型高校基金有利于尋找到學生培養(yǎng)的創(chuàng)新機制,不僅對教育效率的提升、"雙創(chuàng)"人才的培養(yǎng)、教育產業(yè)的國際化,而且對于布局中國產業(yè)網鏈都有重大意義。構造高校基金邏輯演化的序列,有助于找到高�；鹉Ｊ礁母锏姆较�。
[Abstract]:Funds are the blood that supports students' growth, and funds are the usual form of student funds. There are three relationships between school and students, such as transaction, guardianship and investment, which provides the foundation for optimizing the traditional college "donation and donation" fund for "investing and investing" type fund. The fund of investment colleges and universities is helpful to find the innovative mechanism of students' training, which is not only of great significance to the promotion of educational efficiency, the cultivation of "double creative" talents, the internationalization of education industry, but also to the distribution of China's industrial network chain. Constructing the sequence of the logical evolution of university funds is helpful to find out the direction of the reform of university fund model.
