利率市場(chǎng)化背景下中國(guó)銀行盈利模式轉(zhuǎn)變研究

【摘要】:中國(guó)的利率市場(chǎng)化改革歷經(jīng)20余年,經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)期的理論驗(yàn)證和配套政策的鋪墊,推進(jìn)多年的利率市場(chǎng)化于2015年加速完成。利率市場(chǎng)化的實(shí)現(xiàn),在增加我國(guó)金融市場(chǎng)活力的同時(shí),必然會(huì)對(duì)我國(guó)的商業(yè)銀行帶來(lái)重大影響。利率市場(chǎng)化實(shí)現(xiàn)一年有余,這一政策對(duì)商業(yè)銀行的影響逐步顯現(xiàn)出來(lái)。結(jié)合目前的國(guó)內(nèi)外宏微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì),對(duì)中國(guó)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)成果進(jìn)行及時(shí)的研究和總結(jié),發(fā)現(xiàn)其經(jīng)營(yíng)模式中的不足,進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,顯得尤為迫切和重要。利率市場(chǎng)化的理論及其對(duì)商業(yè)銀行盈利模式影響的研究普遍認(rèn)為,利率市場(chǎng)化背景下利率自由浮動(dòng),加深了金融機(jī)構(gòu)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度,給商業(yè)銀行帶來(lái)一定的挑戰(zhàn);但同時(shí)市場(chǎng)化伴隨著金融制度的完善,成為商業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)型的機(jī)遇。美國(guó)和阿根廷商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)對(duì)利率市場(chǎng)化的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)表明,利差收窄導(dǎo)致商業(yè)銀行傳統(tǒng)盈利模式不再適應(yīng)新的環(huán)境,商業(yè)銀行必須盡快轉(zhuǎn)變盈利模式,改善自身盈利能力。本文界定商業(yè)銀行盈利模式分為利息收入主導(dǎo)型和非利息收入主導(dǎo)型兩種模式。利率市場(chǎng)化背景下,我國(guó)的商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)當(dāng)改變以利息收入為主的模式,逐步將盈利模式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉抢⑹杖胫鲗?dǎo)型。本文以中國(guó)銀行為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)中國(guó)銀行資產(chǎn)負(fù)債、營(yíng)業(yè)收入構(gòu)成等方面詳細(xì)分析,進(jìn)而提出轉(zhuǎn)變盈利模式的對(duì)策。文章對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn)中國(guó)銀行的利模式現(xiàn)狀中一些不足之處:依靠規(guī)模增長(zhǎng)的不可持續(xù)性,非利息收入中各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)比較吃力,沒(méi)有充分挖掘出利息凈收入的增長(zhǎng)潛力,以及利用重定價(jià)缺口衡量的利率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)逐年增大,等等。最后,作者對(duì)中國(guó)銀行未來(lái)五年轉(zhuǎn)變盈利模式的成效作出預(yù)測(cè),針對(duì)其存在的問(wèn)題提出了盈利模式轉(zhuǎn)變的可行性建議。具體有做好存量挖掘,鞏固優(yōu)勢(shì)業(yè)務(wù);繼續(xù)發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù),拓展新的盈利增長(zhǎng)極;優(yōu)化傳統(tǒng)存貸款業(yè)務(wù),穩(wěn)定利息凈收入;強(qiáng)化利率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,守住經(jīng)營(yíng)成果等。希望上述對(duì)策能夠?yàn)橹袊?guó)銀行及其所屬國(guó)內(nèi)分行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展提供有益的參考,找到新形勢(shì)下較為有效的利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)方式,以應(yīng)對(duì)我國(guó)的利率市場(chǎng)化。
[Abstract]:The reform of interest rate marketization in China has gone through more than 20 years. After a long period of theoretical verification and the bedding of supporting policies, the interest rate marketization for many years was accelerated to be completed in 2015.The realization of interest rate marketization, while increasing the vitality of our financial market, will inevitably bring great influence to our commercial banks.Interest rate marketization has been realized for more than a year, and the impact of this policy on commercial banks has gradually emerged.Combined with the current macro and micro economic situation at home and abroad, it is very urgent and important to study and summarize the management results of the Bank of China in time, and to find out the shortcomings in its management model and to adjust the corresponding business structure.The theory of interest rate marketization and its influence on commercial banks' profit model generally believe that the free floating of interest rate under the background of interest rate marketization deepens the degree of competition of financial institutions and brings certain challenges to commercial banks.But at the same time, with the improvement of financial system, marketization has become an opportunity for commercial banks to transform.The experience of American and Argentine commercial banks in dealing with the marketization of interest rate shows that the narrowing of interest rate gap leads to the traditional profit model of commercial banks no longer adapt to the new environment, and the commercial banks must change the profit model as soon as possible and improve their profitability.This paper defines the profit model of commercial banks into two types: interest income-oriented and non-interest income-oriented.Under the background of interest rate marketization, commercial banks in our country should change the mode of interest income as the main factor, and gradually change the profit model into the non-interest income leading mode.This paper takes the Bank of China as the research object, analyzes the assets and liabilities of the Bank of China and the composition of the operating income in detail, and then puts forward the countermeasures to change the profit model.In this paper, we find that there are some disadvantages in the profit model of Bank of China: depending on the unsustainability of scale growth, the growth of all kinds of business in non-interest income is more difficult, and the growth potential of net interest income is not fully excavated.And the interest rate risk measured by heavy pricing gap increases year by year, and so on.Finally, the author forecasts the effect of the bank of china's profit model transformation in the next five years, and puts forward some feasible suggestions for the transformation of the profit model in the light of its existing problemsSpecifically, we should do a good job of stock mining, consolidate advantage business, continue to develop intermediate business, expand new profit growth poles, optimize traditional deposit and loan business, stabilize net interest income, strengthen interest rate risk management, and maintain management results.It is hoped that the above countermeasures can provide a useful reference for the development of the Bank of China and its domestic branches and find a more effective way of profit growth under the new situation in order to cope with the interest rate marketization in China.
