【摘要】：在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理中戰(zhàn)略決策是重要的組成部分，企業(yè)通過戰(zhàn)略分析獲得的包括政策、市場需求、行業(yè)競爭格局、企業(yè)自身能力等決策信息，進行戰(zhàn)略決策，進而制定決策方案和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略。 本文研究的目的，是在通過借鑒房地產開發(fā)流程、市場現(xiàn)狀、戰(zhàn)略管理等相關理論研究及政府制定的相關調控政策的基礎上，結合作者自身的相關實證研究，對金都新城房地產開發(fā)公司業(yè)務的內外部環(huán)境分析的基礎上，，力求制定出切實可行的適合公司發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略，確定公司正確的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略指導思想，為公司制定具體的未來相關發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提出初步方案，從而最終使企業(yè)走向可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:Strategic decision is an important part in the strategic management of enterprises. Through strategic analysis, enterprises obtain the decision information including policy, market demand, competition pattern of the industry, and the ability of enterprises to make strategic decisions.Then make decision-making program and enterprise strategy.The purpose of this paper is to study the real estate development process, market status, strategic management and other relevant theoretical research and the relevant regulatory policies formulated by the government, combined with the author's own relevant empirical research.On the basis of analyzing the internal and external environment of the business of Jindu Xincheng Real Estate Development Company, we strive to work out a feasible strategy suitable for the development of the company, and determine the correct guiding ideology of the company's development strategy.This paper puts forward a preliminary plan for the company to formulate specific future related development strategies so as to make the enterprise move towards sustainable development.
