【摘要】：保障性住房是政府投資興建的,目前狀況資金短缺,人口密度大是保障性住房景觀建設(shè)的最大影響因素。保障性住房居住區(qū)作為居住區(qū)的特例,也是居住區(qū)景觀的組成部分,隨著城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,保障性住房?jī)?nèi)的居住者已經(jīng)不再滿足對(duì)建筑室內(nèi)質(zhì)量的要求,還對(duì)戶外景觀的質(zhì)量提出了要求。 本人在閱讀大量國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)和實(shí)例的基礎(chǔ)上,研究國(guó)外居住區(qū)生態(tài)景觀的實(shí)施效果和成功關(guān)鍵,用來(lái)指導(dǎo)適合我國(guó)保障性住房生態(tài)景觀建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),使居民真正的融入到環(huán)境中,享受大自然,結(jié)合大連地區(qū)的實(shí)地調(diào)研,從實(shí)際中發(fā)現(xiàn)保障性住房景觀的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合保障性住房的特點(diǎn)與不足總結(jié)出四項(xiàng)原則,并且詳細(xì)的論述保障性住房生態(tài)景觀建設(shè)的方法,科學(xué)的景觀規(guī)劃、生態(tài)鋪裝的應(yīng)用、植物景觀的生態(tài)配置、景觀小品的合理配置和生態(tài)設(shè)施的配置,并將這些方法具體應(yīng)用到實(shí)際項(xiàng)目中。
[Abstract]:The construction of affordable housing is invested by the government. At present, the shortage of funds and the large population density are the most influential factors in the construction of affordable housing landscape.As a special case of residential area, residential area is also a part of residential landscape. With the development of urban economy, the residents of affordable housing no longer meet the requirements of indoor quality.The quality of outdoor landscape is also required.On the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign literatures and examples, I have studied the implementation effect and the key to success of the ecological landscape of residential areas in foreign countries, which can be used to guide the experience of ecological landscape construction of affordable housing in our country.Make the residents truly melt into the environment, enjoy the nature, combine the field investigation in Dalian area, discover the problem of the indemnificatory housing landscape from the reality, combine the characteristics and the insufficiency of the indemnificatory housing to sum up the four principles,It also discusses in detail the methods of ecological landscape construction, the scientific landscape planning, the application of ecological pavement, the ecological allocation of plant landscape, the rational allocation of landscape sketch and the allocation of ecological facilities.These methods are applied to practical projects.
