【摘要】：首先分析跨國風(fēng)險投資機(jī)構(gòu)在華的投資特征，利用能力資源整合理論分析其在中國的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。其次，分析跨國風(fēng)險投資在華發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對我國風(fēng)險投資過程中涉及的主要要素產(chǎn)生的影響，找出衡量上述影響的具體指標(biāo)，構(gòu)建評價指標(biāo)體系。然后搜集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，利用因子分析法分析2002～2011年外國風(fēng)險投資活動對我國風(fēng)險投資產(chǎn)生的影響。從理論上和實(shí)證上證實(shí)了跨國風(fēng)險投資機(jī)構(gòu)在華發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對我國風(fēng)險投資產(chǎn)生的總影響為正，該影響先逐漸增加后逐漸減小，并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出完善我國風(fēng)險投資環(huán)境、進(jìn)一步鼓勵跨國風(fēng)險投資機(jī)構(gòu)來華投資，增強(qiáng)本土機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)力的建議。該文采用的研究方法包括理論分析與實(shí)證分析結(jié)合法，比較研究法和定性分析與定量分析結(jié)合法等，，從微觀角度分析了跨國風(fēng)險投資在華發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對我國風(fēng)險投資業(yè)的影響，豐富了該領(lǐng)域的理論體系，為我國規(guī)范和引導(dǎo)跨國風(fēng)險資本進(jìn)入提供了科學(xué)理論和方法指導(dǎo)，為我國風(fēng)險投資業(yè)健康發(fā)展提供了針對性的策略和建議。
[Abstract]:First of all, it analyzes the investment characteristics of transnational venture capital institutions in China, and analyzes its development strategy in China by means of the theory of capacity resource integration. This paper analyzes the impact of the development strategy of transnational venture capital in China on the main elements involved in the process of venture capital investment in China, finds out the specific indicators to measure the above impact, and constructs an evaluation index system. Then it collects relevant data. This paper analyzes the impact of foreign venture capital activities on China's venture capital from 2002 to 2011 by using factor analysis. Theoretically and empirically, it proves that the overall impact of the development strategy of transnational venture capital institutions in China on China's venture capital is positive. The impact is gradually increasing and then decreasing. On the basis of this, it is proposed to improve the venture capital environment in China and further encourage multinational venture capital institutions to invest in China. The research methods used in this paper include the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, comparative research and qualitative and quantitative analysis, etc. This paper analyzes the influence of the development strategy of transnational venture capital in China on China's venture capital industry from a micro perspective, enriches the theoretical system in this field, and provides scientific theoretical and methodological guidance for our country to standardize and guide the entry of transnational venture capital. It provides the corresponding strategies and suggestions for the healthy development of venture capital industry in China.
