【摘要】：市場內(nèi)部分層是場外交易市場建設(shè)的一項重要舉措。市場的發(fā)展需要以分層作為基礎(chǔ),市場分層是推進制度完善、豐富市場產(chǎn)品、提高交易所競爭力的基礎(chǔ)性制度。我國新三板市場發(fā)展迅猛,但仍然存在流動性不足、定價機制混亂、監(jiān)管力度不足等問題。文章對我國新三板現(xiàn)狀進行分析,對比美國納斯達克市場的發(fā)展歷程,借鑒發(fā)達國家的經(jīng)驗,認為應(yīng)設(shè)立多元化的分層標準,以市場為導(dǎo)向不斷調(diào)整;建立健全轉(zhuǎn)板、退市等相應(yīng)配套措施;兼顧多種交易模式,提高市場流動性。
[Abstract]:The internal market stratification is an important measure in the construction of the over-the-counter market. The development of the market needs to be based on stratification, which is to promote the perfection of the system and enrich the market products. The basic system to improve the competitiveness of the exchange. The new third board market in China is developing rapidly, but there are still some problems, such as lack of liquidity, chaotic pricing mechanism, insufficient supervision and so on. This paper analyzes the present situation of the new three boards in China. Comparing the development course of the NASDAQ market in the United States and drawing lessons from the experience of the developed countries, the author holds that it is necessary to set up a diversified stratified standard, to constantly adjust the market orientation, to establish and improve the relevant supporting measures, such as changing the board and delisting the market, and to take into account various trading modes. Increase market liquidity.
