華夏銀行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究

【摘要】:華夏銀行是服務(wù)性的股份制商業(yè)銀行,對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起到的作用不容忽視?墒欠彩露疾皇且环L(fēng)順的,其在不斷發(fā)展的過程中,信貸業(yè)務(wù)方面遇到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題卻越來越多。從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的角度考慮,找到銀行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中存在的問題,改進(jìn)管理策略,促進(jìn)信貸業(yè)務(wù)的迅速發(fā)展,是華夏銀行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的必然要求。論文的第一步是對(duì)華夏銀行信貸業(yè)務(wù)方面的問題進(jìn)行原因探究,發(fā)現(xiàn)由于其受內(nèi)外部環(huán)境和國(guó)家政府制度的影響,使得抵質(zhì)押物體系,信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理流程和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo)選取等方面存在不適合銀行和銀行客戶良好發(fā)展的問題。隨后借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),從華夏銀行的概況入手,通過分析華夏銀行近年來信貸業(yè)務(wù)的各數(shù)據(jù),揭示了華夏銀行在信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中存在信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理流程缺失,抵質(zhì)押物管理系統(tǒng)不完善,部門之間職能不明確,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)過于單一等實(shí)際問題,并分析了問題形成的內(nèi)部和外部原因,從原因的根源入手,提出設(shè)計(jì)方案,在根本上解決問題。最后論文緊密結(jié)合信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的過程,提出了完善信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理流程、豐富風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)、設(shè)立部門明確職能和抵質(zhì)押物系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化的策略建議。同時(shí)在確保發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略能夠?qū)嵤┑臈l件下,提出了培訓(xùn)專業(yè)人員,以支持信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理系統(tǒng);建立激勵(lì)機(jī)制,激發(fā)員工潛力;營(yíng)造銀行的文化氛圍,樹立良好的價(jià)值觀。通過以上設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合華夏銀行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的實(shí)際管理目標(biāo)和管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思想,對(duì)華夏銀行建立一套相對(duì)完善的信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系。
[Abstract]:Huaxia Bank is a service joint-stock commercial bank, which plays an important role in the development of the national economy. From the perspective of long-term development, we can find out the problems existing in the management of bank credit risk, improve the management strategy, and promote the rapid development of credit business. The first step of this paper is to explore the causes of the problems in the credit business of Huaxia Bank, and find that it is influenced by the internal and external environment and the national government system. It makes the system of pledge, the process of credit risk management and the selection of risk index not suitable for the good development of banks and bank customers. Then, using the experience of credit risk management at home and abroad for reference, starting with the general situation of Huaxia Bank, By analyzing the data of Huaxia Bank's credit business in recent years, it is revealed that there is a lack of credit risk management process in Huaxia Bank, the credit risk management system is not perfect, and the functions between departments are not clear. The internal and external reasons of the problem are analyzed, and the design scheme is put forward to solve the problem fundamentally. Finally, the paper closely combines the process of credit risk management. At the same time, under the condition of ensuring that the development strategy can be carried out, this paper puts forward the training of professional personnel, including perfecting the credit risk management process, enriching the risk evaluation index, setting up the department's clear function and optimizing the pledge system, at the same time, under the condition of ensuring that the development strategy can be carried out, To support credit risk management systems; to create incentives to stimulate employee potential; to create a culture and values for banks. Combined with the actual management objectives and management system design ideas of Huaxia Bank's credit risk management, a set of relatively perfect credit risk management system is established for Huaxia Bank.
