合肥農(nóng)村二手車(chē)消費(fèi)貸款市場(chǎng)發(fā)展探討

【摘要】:通過(guò)二手車(chē)交易市場(chǎng),農(nóng)村居民也可以實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的汽車(chē)夢(mèng)。據(jù)中國(guó)汽車(chē)流通協(xié)會(huì)的數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2014年我國(guó)二手車(chē)交易量達(dá)到900萬(wàn)輛,2016年前三季度交易量為688.44萬(wàn)輛,相比上年同期增長(zhǎng)了5.68%,累計(jì)交易金額為3954億元,預(yù)計(jì)全年交易量將超過(guò)1000萬(wàn)輛,2017年二手車(chē)交易量增長(zhǎng)率將超過(guò)新車(chē)的3倍。以安徽合肥農(nóng)村購(gòu)買(mǎi)二手車(chē)為例,2016年前三季度共成交4.6萬(wàn)輛,比上年度增加8000多輛。但是,農(nóng)民在購(gòu)買(mǎi)二手車(chē)過(guò)程中,經(jīng)常會(huì)存在資金不足的現(xiàn)象。為了解決這一難題,不少農(nóng)民選擇求助商業(yè)銀行進(jìn)行購(gòu)車(chē)貸款。而普惠金融正處于發(fā)展階段,金融機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)于農(nóng)村這些從事農(nóng)、林、牧、副、漁的以自然物為對(duì)象的生產(chǎn)部門(mén)的貸款需求常常避之不及。二手車(chē)在國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展的時(shí)期較發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家晚,公民選擇二手車(chē)一種是因?yàn)橘Y金缺乏,但又急需車(chē)輛代步或商用;另一種是為了少花錢(qián)能夠買(mǎi)到性價(jià)比較高的高檔車(chē),而這兩部分客戶恰恰是資金緊張或者從事行業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高的職業(yè)。這就造成了商業(yè)銀行對(duì)二手車(chē)行業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)把控較嚴(yán),甚至其中一些銀行認(rèn)為二手車(chē)客戶均屬于高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)客戶。這類(lèi)銀行對(duì)二手車(chē)市場(chǎng)貸款業(yè)務(wù)的不重視,加上苛刻的貸款條件等原因,造成很多農(nóng)村居民在辦理二手車(chē)貸款中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)授信難的現(xiàn)象,不少農(nóng)村居民因?yàn)閺你y行得不到及時(shí)的貸款扶持,最終放棄了購(gòu)買(mǎi)二手車(chē),一定程度上也有礙二手車(chē)行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。本文研究的內(nèi)容主要有:首先對(duì)汽車(chē)消費(fèi)貸款的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的闡述,為研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。一是就合肥市農(nóng)村二手車(chē)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展和消費(fèi)貸款的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,本人認(rèn)為,二手車(chē)行業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿薮?消費(fèi)貸款作為新興的零售業(yè)務(wù),得到了金融行業(yè)的逐漸重視,而二手車(chē)消費(fèi)貸款也成為了金融行業(yè)的一片“藍(lán)海業(yè)務(wù)”。二是通過(guò)深入分析,研究目前合肥市農(nóng)村二手車(chē)消費(fèi)貸款業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)發(fā)中面臨的困難問(wèn)題,存在有行業(yè)發(fā)展初期的制度完善問(wèn)題,也有“談貸款色變”的農(nóng)民意識(shí)不足的問(wèn)題,日益增長(zhǎng)的物質(zhì)需求同落后的金融服務(wù)之間有一定的矛盾。三是結(jié)合上述困難問(wèn)題,分析了目前在合肥農(nóng)村地區(qū)開(kāi)展二手車(chē)貸款業(yè)務(wù)的機(jī)遇和有利條件。最后,從宏觀和微觀兩個(gè)層面,為合肥市農(nóng)村二手車(chē)消費(fèi)貸款業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展提出一些有建設(shè)性的意見(jiàn)。希望能夠?yàn)楹戏十?dāng)?shù)亟鹑跈C(jī)構(gòu)后續(xù)的二手車(chē)貸款市場(chǎng)的開(kāi)發(fā)提供一些積極理論層面的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Through the second-hand car trading market, rural residents can also realize their car dream. According to the China Automobile Circulation Association, the volume of second-hand cars in China reached 9 million in 2014 and six million eight hundred and eighty-four thousand and four hundred in the first three quarters of 2016. Compared with the same period last year, it increased by 5.68 yuan, with a total transaction amount of 395.4 billion yuan. In 2017, the volume of second-hand cars will increase by more than three times that of new cars. Take the purchase of used cars in rural areas of Hefei in Anhui Province, for example, 46,000 vehicles sold in the first three quarters of 2016, an increase of more than 8,000 vehicles over the previous year. However, In order to solve the problem, many farmers choose to turn to commercial banks for car purchase loans. Financial institutions often shun the demand for loans from rural production sectors that are engaged in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, by-fishing and fishing. Second hand cars developed later in China than in developed countries. Citizens choose second-hand cars because they are short of money but are in urgent need of vehicles or for commercial use. The other is to buy high-grade cars that are more cost-effective with less money. And these two groups of clients are precisely those who are cash-strapped or engaged in professions with higher risks in the industry. This has resulted in commercial banks having stricter controls over the risks in the second-hand car industry. Even some of the banks consider second-hand car customers to be high-risk customers. Such banks do not attach importance to the loan business of the used car market, plus the harsh loan conditions and other reasons. As a result, many rural residents often find it difficult to grant credit in handling second-hand car loans. Many rural residents have given up buying second-hand cars because they do not have timely loan support from banks. To a certain extent, it also hinders the healthy development of the second-hand car industry. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the related theory of automobile consumption loan is systematically expounded. It lays a theoretical foundation for the study. First, it analyzes the current situation of second-hand car market development and consumer loans in Hefei. I think that there is great potential for the development of second-hand car industry, and consumer loans as a new retail business, Has been gradually attached importance to the financial industry, and second-hand car consumer loans have become a "blue sea business" in the financial industry. Second, through in-depth analysis, the difficulties faced in the development of second-hand car loans in Hefei rural areas are studied. There are problems of perfecting the system in the early stage of the development of the industry, but also the problem of insufficient awareness of the peasants who "talk about the changing nature of loans". There is a certain contradiction between the growing material demand and the backward financial services. Third, it is necessary to combine the above-mentioned difficult problems. This paper analyzes the opportunities and favorable conditions for carrying out second-hand car loan business in rural areas of Hefei. Finally, at the macro and micro levels, Some constructive suggestions are put forward for the development of second-hand car loan business in Hefei. It is hoped that this paper can provide some positive theoretical references for the development of second-hand car loan market in Hefei local financial institutions.
