【摘要】:當(dāng)前,在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下,我國房地產(chǎn)市場不斷趨于成熟,且取得了較大的發(fā)展,然而,縱觀我國房地產(chǎn)資源的配置,依然以政府為主導(dǎo),其市場還很不規(guī)范化。如果投資增長過快,很容易引起市場的失衡,并促使房地產(chǎn)價(jià)格增長過快,房價(jià)居高不下等。在這種情況下,不僅浪費(fèi)了房地產(chǎn)資源,還會(huì)給居民的生活、工作帶來很大壓力。鑒于此,本文在參考相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合多年的個(gè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),對土地市場與房地產(chǎn)市場的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析、研究,最后提出可行性的建議和意見。
[Abstract]:At present, under the environment of market economy, the real estate market of our country has been maturing and has made great progress. However, the allocation of real estate resources in our country is still dominated by the government. If the investment growth is too fast, it will easily cause the market imbalance, and promote the real estate prices to grow too fast, house prices remain high. In this case, not only the real estate resources, but also the real estate resources are wasted. It will also bring great pressure to the residents' life and work. In view of this, this article, on the basis of reference to relevant literature and materials, combined with years of work experience, analyzes and studies the relationship between the land market and the real estate market. Finally, suggestions and suggestions on feasibility are put forward.
