【摘要】：中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的整體進(jìn)步起著舉足輕重的作用。但是中小企業(yè)存在一些固有的特點(diǎn),例如股東背景弱,財(cái)務(wù)及管理缺乏規(guī)范,缺少有形資產(chǎn),經(jīng)營(yíng)前景不確定性高等,較難取得銀行信貸資金和資本市場(chǎng)的融資。即使能夠獲得上述融資,中小企業(yè)所付出的財(cái)務(wù)成本、時(shí)間成本、管理成本也都是巨大的。解決中小企業(yè)融資困難是全世界各國(guó)普遍面臨的問(wèn)題,我國(guó)有必要也有責(zé)任帶領(lǐng)中小企業(yè)走出融資難的困境。融資租賃模式在世界各國(guó)迅速發(fā)展,目前已經(jīng)與傳統(tǒng)的信貸模式和資本市場(chǎng)并駕齊驅(qū),成為企業(yè)重要的融資渠道。融資租賃具有融資與融物的雙重屬性,重視對(duì)租賃物的價(jià)值、處置難度、技術(shù)含量、使用效益的考察,而弱化對(duì)融資企業(yè)的要求,從融資標(biāo)的、融資額度、融資期限、擔(dān)保方式、融資成本方面都非常適合滿足中小企業(yè)的融資需求。本文分6個(gè)章節(jié)討論了融資租賃在中小企業(yè)中的適用性及發(fā)展促進(jìn)研究,從中小企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)特點(diǎn)和面臨的多種融資形式入手,對(duì)中小企業(yè)的各種融資模式的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析。然后對(duì)融資租賃的業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀、主要形式進(jìn)行了介紹,結(jié)合融資租賃模式的特點(diǎn)說(shuō)明中小企業(yè)運(yùn)用融資租賃的優(yōu)勢(shì),并通過(guò)典型案例予以例證。通過(guò)理論和實(shí)踐的分析,提出中小企業(yè)運(yùn)用融資租賃模式面臨的問(wèn)題并提出發(fā)展建議,最終歸納總結(jié)。通過(guò)本文分析,可以看出,中小企業(yè)運(yùn)用融資租賃這種融資模式,無(wú)論從易獲得性、融資成本、融資效率來(lái)看,都不失為一種有益的選擇。
[Abstract]:The development of small and medium-sized enterprises plays an important role in the overall progress of the national economy, but there are some inherent characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, such as weak shareholder background, lack of financial and management norms, lack of tangible assets, The uncertainty of business prospects makes it more difficult to obtain bank credit funds and capital market financing. Even if the above financing can be obtained, the financial cost, time cost, and cost incurred by small and medium-sized enterprises, The management cost is also enormous. To solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises is a common problem all over the world. China has the necessity and responsibility to lead SMEs out of the financing difficulties. At present, it has kept pace with the traditional credit model and capital market, and has become an important financing channel for enterprises. Financial leasing has the dual attributes of financing and financing, and attaches importance to the value, difficulty of disposal and technical content of the lease item. The investigation of the use of benefits, but the weakening of the requirements for the financing enterprises, from the financing target, the financing quota, the financing period, the way of guarantee, Financing costs are very suitable to meet the financing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper discusses the applicability and development promotion of financial leasing in small and medium-sized enterprises in six chapters. This paper analyzes the characteristics of various financing modes of small and medium-sized enterprises, starting with the management characteristics and various financing forms faced by them, and then introduces the present business situation and main forms of financial leasing. Combined with the characteristics of the financial leasing model, this paper illustrates the advantages of the application of financial leasing in SMEs, and exemplifies it through typical cases. Through the analysis of theory and practice, the paper puts forward the problems faced by SMEs in the application of the financial leasing model and puts forward some suggestions for their development. Through the analysis of this paper, we can see that it is a beneficial choice for small and medium-sized enterprises to use the financing mode of financial leasing, no matter from the aspects of availability, financing cost and financing efficiency.
