【摘要】：風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資行業(yè)是中國(guó)目前最具有發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ男屡d行業(yè)，其中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資本追逐的熱點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域集中在TMT行業(yè)、金融服務(wù)行業(yè)、能源行業(yè)以及傳統(tǒng)的制造業(yè)。而本文主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容就是以中國(guó)TMT行業(yè)為例，分析風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資收益的影響因素。所謂TMT行業(yè)，，就是對(duì)Telecommunication（電信）, Media（媒體）, Technology（技術(shù)）的統(tǒng)稱。一般而言，TMT行業(yè)以媒體行業(yè)為橋梁，連通電信行業(yè)與技術(shù)行業(yè)。TMT行業(yè)與現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和高新科技的發(fā)展緊密相隨，TMT行業(yè)不僅僅是先進(jìn)技術(shù)的代表性產(chǎn)業(yè)，也是國(guó)家大力扶持的戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè)。TMT行業(yè)的發(fā)展與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資本的進(jìn)入密切相關(guān)，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資是促使TMT行業(yè)加速發(fā)展的“催化劑”。 本文的研究目的和意義在于通過研究中國(guó)TMT行業(yè)內(nèi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資收益的影響因素，確定影響風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資收益的主要因素，為提高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資本在中國(guó)TMT行業(yè)內(nèi)的投資成功率提供理論參考，為推動(dòng)中國(guó)TMT行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展打好基石。本文的研究涉及到產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、金融學(xué)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資學(xué)等多門學(xué)科，所以本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容不僅豐富和發(fā)展了產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資理論，而且真切的反映了現(xiàn)實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的需求，因此無論是從理論的角度還是現(xiàn)實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的角度，本文的選題都具有十分重要的研究意義。 本文在文獻(xiàn)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上，從理論的角度確定和分析了影響中國(guó)TMT行業(yè)內(nèi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資收益的具體因素，同時(shí)選取了2005年至2013年的101個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資樣本數(shù)據(jù)，采用回歸分析的方法、利用SPSS軟件對(duì)選題做出了實(shí)證研究。實(shí)證研究的結(jié)果表明： 第一、在TMT行業(yè)內(nèi)，影響風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資收益的具體因素包括了投資所在行業(yè)因素、投資周期因素、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資地域因素、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資規(guī)模因素、被投企業(yè)質(zhì)量因素、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資經(jīng)驗(yàn)因素以及聯(lián)合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資因素（即參與同一個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資企業(yè)數(shù)目）。 第二、在研究的過程當(dāng)中，分別選取了相應(yīng)的指標(biāo)來具體量化上述影響因素，結(jié)果表明上述因素的變化會(huì)直接導(dǎo)致中國(guó)TMT行業(yè)投資收益發(fā)生變化。 第三、通過實(shí)證分析的研究結(jié)果表明，決定中國(guó)TMT行業(yè)內(nèi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資收益高低的最主要因素就是風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資規(guī)模因素和被投企業(yè)質(zhì)量因素。具體而言，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資數(shù)額越大，被投企業(yè)的增長(zhǎng)速度越快，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資所獲得的賬面回報(bào)倍數(shù)越多；聯(lián)合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資一定程度上決定了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資規(guī)模數(shù)額的大小，因而聯(lián)合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的大小會(huì)導(dǎo)致風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資回報(bào)倍數(shù)相應(yīng)的提高或者降低；投資周期越長(zhǎng)，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資在TMT行業(yè)內(nèi)所獲得的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資回報(bào)倍數(shù)也就越高；在中國(guó)TMT行業(yè)內(nèi)，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資回報(bào)倍數(shù)從高到低分別為電信行業(yè)、媒體行業(yè)以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)行業(yè)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)；一線城市的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資成功的投資回報(bào)倍數(shù)要高于非一線城市；風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資機(jī)構(gòu)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與TMT行業(yè)內(nèi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資收益的高低沒有必然的聯(lián)系。 相對(duì)于此前已有的研究，本文的新見解之處在于：從中觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的角度出發(fā)，將風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資收益的影響因素與TMT行業(yè)相聯(lián)系，而非分析整個(gè)中國(guó)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資收益影響因素；引入企業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿χ笜?biāo)，分析標(biāo)的企業(yè)的選擇對(duì)于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資收益的影響，使得實(shí)證研究的結(jié)果更具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The venture capital industry is one of the most potential emerging industries in China , in which the hot spot of venture capital pursuit is concentrated in the industry , the financial services industry , the energy industry and the traditional manufacturing industry . The purpose and significance of this paper is to determine the main factors that affect the return of venture capital by studying the influencing factors of risk investment income in the industry in China , and provide theoretical reference for improving the success rate of venture capital in the industry in China . Therefore , the research of this paper involves many subjects such as industrial economics , finance and venture capital . Based on the literature review , this paper determines and analyzes the specific factors that affect the return of venture investment in the industry in China from the angle of theory , and selects 101 venture capital sample data from 2005 to 2013 , and uses the regression analysis method to make an empirical study on the selection problem by SPSS software . The results show that : First , the factors that affect the return of risk investment include the factors of investment , the factors of investment cycle , the geographical factors of venture capital , the scale factor of venture capital , the factors of venture capital , the factors of venture capital and the factors of joint venture capital ( that is , the number of venture capital enterprises participating in the same venture capital project ) . Secondly , in the course of the research , the corresponding indexes are selected to quantify the above - mentioned factors , and the results show that the change of the above factors can directly lead to the change of investment income in the industry in China . Third , through the empirical analysis , the results show that the most important factor in determining the risk investment income is the scale factor of venture capital and the quality factor of venture capital . Compared with previous researches , the new insight of this paper lies in that , from the perspective of meso - economics , the influencing factors of risk investment income are connected with that of the industry , rather than to analyze the influencing factors of risk investment income in China as a whole , and the impact of the choice of the target enterprise on the risk investment income is analyzed , which makes the result of the empirical study more realistic .
