【摘要】：福建產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級在改革開放之后取得了一定進(jìn)展，面對越來越嚴(yán)格的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級要求，福建自身區(qū)域吸收能力為其發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)，而新時(shí)代海峽兩岸的和諧關(guān)系更是其發(fā)展的巨大機(jī)遇。既然福建利用臺商直接投資的動機(jī)之一是促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級，那么當(dāng)前臺商直接投資對福建產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級是否具有促進(jìn)作用？該促進(jìn)作用受到多種因素影響，吸收能力作為關(guān)鍵因素之一，是否對臺商直接投資促進(jìn)福建產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級存在正向影響？基于吸收能力視角研究臺商直接投資對福建產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級影響，有利于豐富外商直接投資與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級關(guān)系研究，并為福建科學(xué)利用臺商直接投資提供指導(dǎo)。 本文以臺商直接投資對福建產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的影響、吸收能力對臺商直接投資促進(jìn)福建產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的影響為主線進(jìn)行研究。第一，構(gòu)建包含發(fā)展成果、產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值結(jié)構(gòu)、就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、環(huán)保代價(jià)等方面的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級綜合評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，采用中國31個(gè)省市1990-2011年數(shù)據(jù)，運(yùn)用因子分析法，利用Spss創(chuàng)新外資影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級領(lǐng)域的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級測量方法，分析臺商直接投資對福建產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級影響的現(xiàn)狀。第二，采用來自臺灣經(jīng)濟(jì)投審會及福建統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒1991-2011年數(shù)據(jù)，運(yùn)用回歸模型，利用Eviews進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究，，結(jié)果表明臺商直接投資對福建產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級具有較弱的促進(jìn)作用。第三，采用福建、江蘇、廣東等24個(gè)地區(qū)1993-2011年數(shù)據(jù)，創(chuàng)新地將吸收能力作為臺商直接投資促進(jìn)福建產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的關(guān)鍵影響因素引入動態(tài)面板門檻模型，利用Stata進(jìn)一步實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)，結(jié)果表明不斷提升技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力、人力資本水平、對外開放程度所代表的區(qū)域吸收能力，有利于加大臺商直接投資對福建產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的促進(jìn)作用。綜上，臺商直接投資對福建產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的促進(jìn)作用未完全發(fā)揮，主要是受限于較低的區(qū)域吸收能力。 基于本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，對福建有效利用臺商直接投資促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級提出對策建議：第一，在擴(kuò)大臺商直接投資規(guī)模的同時(shí)，注重提高臺商直接投資質(zhì)量，提升臺商直接投資科學(xué)利用水平；第二，增強(qiáng)福建包括技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力、人力資本水平、對外開放程度等的綜合區(qū)域吸收能力。
[Abstract]:The upgrading of Fujian's industrial structure has made some progress after the reform and opening up. In the face of more and more stringent requirements of industrial structure upgrading, Fujian's own regional absorptive capacity has laid the foundation for its development. And the harmonious relationship between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait in the new era is a great opportunity for its development. Since one of the motivations for Fujian to make use of direct investment from Taiwan businessmen is to promote the upgrading of industrial structure. Does the current direct investment of Taiwan businessmen promote the upgrading of Fujian's industrial structure? The promotion is influenced by many factors. As one of the key factors, is there a positive impact on the direct investment of Taiwan businessmen to promote the upgrading of Fujian's industrial structure? Based on the absorptive capacity perspective, this paper studies the impact of Taiwanese direct investment on the upgrading of Fujian industrial structure, which is beneficial to enrich the research on the relationship between foreign direct investment and industrial structure upgrading. And for Fujian scientific use of Taiwanese direct investment to provide guidance. This paper focuses on the impact of Taiwanese direct investment on the upgrading of Fujian's industrial structure and the impact of absorptive capacity on the promotion of Fujian's industrial structure. First, the construction includes the development results. The comprehensive evaluation index system of industrial structure upgrading in terms of industrial output structure, employment structure, environmental protection cost and so on. The data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 1990 to 2011 were adopted, and the factor analysis method was used. This paper uses Spss to innovate the measurement method of industrial structure upgrading in the field of foreign capital influencing industrial structure upgrading, and analyzes the current situation of the impact of Taiwanese direct investment on Fujian industrial structure upgrading. Second. Using the data from Taiwan Economic trial Association and Fujian Statistical Yearbook from 1991 to 2011, using regression model, using Eviews to carry out empirical research. The results show that Taiwanese direct investment has a weak promoting effect on the upgrading of Fujian industrial structure. Thirdly, the data of 24 regions such as Fujian, Jiangsu, Guangdong and so on from 1993 to 2011 are used. The absorptive capacity is introduced into the dynamic panel threshold model as the key factor of Taiwanese direct investment to promote the upgrading of Fujian industrial structure, and further empirical test is made by using Stata. The results show that increasing the technological innovation ability, the level of human capital and the regional absorptive capacity represented by the degree of opening to the outside world are conducive to increasing the promotion of Taiwanese direct investment to the upgrading of Fujian industrial structure. The promotion of Taiwanese direct investment to the upgrading of Fujian industrial structure is not fully brought into play, mainly limited by the low regional absorptive capacity. Based on the findings of this paper, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for Fujian to effectively use Taiwanese direct investment to promote the upgrading of industrial structure. First, while expanding the scale of Taiwanese direct investment, we should pay attention to improving the quality of Taiwanese direct investment. Raising the level of scientific utilization of Taiwanese direct investment; Second, strengthen the comprehensive regional absorptive capacity of Fujian, including technological innovation ability, human capital level and degree of opening to the outside world.
