【摘要】:本文主要對(duì)企業(yè)人力資源培訓(xùn)研究作了綜合闡述。諾誠(chéng)集團(tuán)作為一家以房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)為主的民營(yíng)企業(yè)集團(tuán),近年來(lái)取得了跨越式的發(fā)展,但由于忽視人力資源培訓(xùn)工作,導(dǎo)致員工的專業(yè)知識(shí)、管理技能及工作態(tài)度等方面跟不上企業(yè)發(fā)展步伐,F(xiàn)有的人力資源培訓(xùn)工作已不能滿足激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)及公司發(fā)展的需求,急需對(duì)諾誠(chéng)集團(tuán)的人力資源培訓(xùn)工作進(jìn)行健全與優(yōu)化,改革其人力資源培訓(xùn)體系,確保公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 論文首先對(duì)研究的目的、意義,研究的思路及路線圖進(jìn)行了分析說(shuō)明,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的人力資源培訓(xùn)研究進(jìn)行了綜述,論文以諾誠(chéng)集團(tuán)為研究對(duì)象,主要研究公司在人力資源人才培養(yǎng)方面出現(xiàn)的各種問(wèn)題和面臨的困難。在整個(gè)研究過(guò)程中采用多種方式同時(shí)開(kāi)展,拿到第一手資料和數(shù)據(jù),以確保此次研究結(jié)論的準(zhǔn)確性,主要采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查以及統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等研究方法對(duì)諾誠(chéng)集團(tuán)現(xiàn)有組織架構(gòu)及人力資源狀況進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)從培訓(xùn)類型、培訓(xùn)流程及培訓(xùn)資源方面對(duì)諾誠(chéng)集團(tuán)現(xiàn)有的體系開(kāi)展深入的研究論證,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況給公司制定一個(gè)完整的方案,幫助公司建立了一套非常完善的體系。這套培訓(xùn)體系包括以下幾方面:第一是對(duì)公司培訓(xùn)需求的具體分析;第二是對(duì)公司整個(gè)人力資源培訓(xùn)的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì);第三是培訓(xùn)的實(shí)施與評(píng)估。通過(guò)以上體系構(gòu)建,最終提出了諾誠(chéng)集團(tuán)人力資源培訓(xùn)體系的實(shí)施保障措施。本文兼顧理論與實(shí)際操作,力求從一個(gè)新高度對(duì)諾誠(chéng)集團(tuán)人力資源培訓(xùn)進(jìn)行探討和研究。
[Abstract]:As a private enterprise group based on real estate development, Nuocheng Group has made leapfrog development in recent years. However, due to the neglect of human resources training, it leads to the professional knowledge of the staff. Management skills and work attitude can not keep up with the pace of enterprise development. The existing human resources training work can no longer meet the fierce market competition and company development needs. It is urgent to perfect and optimize the training of human resources of Northrop Group, to reform its human resource training system and to ensure the sustainable development of the company. First of all, the purpose of the study, significance, research ideas and road map are analyzed and explained, and the existing research on human resources training at home and abroad are summarized, the paper takes Nuocheng Group as the research object. The main research company in the human resources talent training problems and difficulties. In the whole research process using a variety of methods simultaneously to obtain first-hand information and data. In order to ensure the accuracy of this study, this paper mainly uses questionnaire and statistical analysis to analyze the existing organizational structure and human resource situation of Northrop Group, and at the same time, from the training type. Training process and training resources to the existing system of Norchison Group in-depth research and demonstration, according to the actual situation for the company to formulate a complete plan. Help the company to establish a set of very perfect system. This training system includes the following aspects: first, the specific analysis of the company's training needs; The second is the planning and design of the whole human resource training of the company; The third is the implementation and evaluation of training. Through the above system construction, finally put forward the implementation of the human resources training system of Nuocheng Group safeguard measures. Strive to a new level of human resources training of Northrop Group to explore and research.
