【摘要】：正近年來,在我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進入新常態(tài),轉型升級機遇與壓力并存的新形勢下,浙江省順勢而為,率先行動,積極發(fā)揮資本市場大省優(yōu)勢,重點推進以上市公司為主體的并購重組,逐步摸索出一條依托上市公司并購重組推動經(jīng)濟轉型升級的新路子。浙江上市公司并購重組呈現(xiàn)新特點、新趨勢截至2016年底,浙江省共有上市公司411家,其中境內(nèi)A股329家,境外82家。A股上市公司家數(shù)占全國的12.7%,居全國第二位。在政府外力引導和企業(yè)內(nèi)生需求的雙重驅動下,全省上市公司掀起了市場化并購重組熱潮,呈現(xiàn)出五個特點。
[Abstract]:Just in recent years, in China's economic development has entered a new norm, the transformation and upgrading opportunities and pressures exist under the new situation, Zhejiang province took the lead in the flow, action, actively play the capital market advantage, to focus on promoting the listed company as the subject of mergers and acquisitions, and gradually find out the one relying on mergers and acquisitions of listed companies to promote the new way of economic the transformation and upgrading of the mergers and acquisitions of Listed Companies in Zhejiang presents new features, new trend by the end of 2016, Zhejiang Province, a total of 411 listed companies, the domestic A shares 329, accounting for 12.7% of the country's 82 overseas.A shares of the number of listed companies, ranking second in the country. The dual drive demand in government and enterprise external guide in the province, listed companies set off mergers and acquisitions market boom, showing five characteristics.
